Student Union Finance Commissioner Work Summary

Thanks to the trust of the Minister and colleagues, I am the Finance Specialist for the Secretary of the semester. It seems to be trivial and trivial, but this work has given me a lot of gains, training people's sense of responsibility, patience, perseverance, and carefulness.

Responsibility – Every job requires us to have considerable responsibility. At the same time that your superiors hand over your work to you, you not only accept a task, a challenge, an opportunity, but more importantly, you accept a responsibility that cannot be easily let go. This kind of responsibility is to be exercised in accumulation again and again; at the same time, in different positions and at different heights, the weight given is different. Everyone who is in the Secretariat of the League has a burden of more or less responsibility. It depends on whether you are conscientious or conscientious from beginning to end. When I accepted the work of the Finance Commissioner, I was deeply aware of this responsibility. I know that this work is related to the financial reporting of the entire department. Of course, it has to be done all the time. Of course, there is nothing wrong with it. I accepted it with pleasure and remembered that I had such a responsibility from beginning to end.

Perseverance - When the minister handed in the work, he said that the finance commissioner would not change often, so he needed a persevering person to do such work. I think that this work is not a two-time motorization work, but requires long-term perseverance.

Careful - this is not necessary to say. Everyone is very clear. The accounts must be very careful, need to be treated carefully, not too bad, write down the details, and sort out the details. Every time it is carefully verified and then handed in, so our department's reimbursement does not need to be reworked.

Patience - It's not easy to say that the finance commissioner's work is easy. To be honest, sometimes the Secretariat has a lot of accounts, such as the school sports meeting. Because the schedule is not over, it is still a rush to work on Monday morning. When the accounts are numerous, the test of patience is great. My reimbursement process is like this, collecting invoices and receipts, collecting receipts, looking for billing contents, entering computers, calculating and verifying, printing bills, sorting invoice receipt bills and binding, the minister confirms the signature, and finally pays the financial management . Thanks to everyone for the whole process, I provided the contents of the accounts, which saved me from collecting the tickets and catering invoices. Some of them were provided by the Minister, and I would also like to thank them.
