In order to make each employee pass the exam smoothly, I will lead the staff to take the time to use the work and actively prepare for the exam. In the meantime, we organized the basic skills test for employees to count money and type. Organize employees to go to the training center to conduct business-based exercises.
Some employees have heavy burdens in all aspects of their work and family. The exams bring great psychological pressure to them, and their thinking is very burdensome. In order to help such comrades, all employees of our department often exchange ideas with each other during the examination, study the propositions of the exams together, accept the comrades with fast ability, and patiently explain to other comrades. It reflects the spirit of unity and comrades, and makes employees feel the warmth of the big family. During the test period, everyone wants to compete against the books, but the work in the line cannot be stopped. Time is your own life, because it is related to whether you are qualified to work; time is the life of the whole bank, because there are so many customers who need us to serve. All the staff of our department have chosen the latter. During the exam, no one left their job because of their own interests. At the most critical moment, we saw the cuteness of the employees.
Fourth, all staff fight "new hundred days of war", to the final season to achieve results
In the last quarter of the year-end, the municipal banks reached the sub-branches under the various indicators of the "New Hundred Days Battle", and the sub-branches went to various departments. All the staff of our department took active actions in the first time and cooperated with the line to complete the various indicators. Although the products promoted by the "New Hundred Days Battle" are mostly for individual customers, our employees will promote new products to customers who come to do business as long as they have the opportunity. In particular, after the advent of the “Delibao” business, our employees pushed the product to the payroll customers, dripping into the river, and contributing to the rise of the memory model. Leaders have repeatedly stressed that deposits are a responsibility, not a task. It is to let the employees change their minds, regard the things in the line as their own things, and change the pressure as the driving force. When we face this problem, we also feel the great responsibility and the fun of working in the line. Instead of complaining about the heavy workload, the employees took the “New Hundred Days Battle” as an activity to actively participate.

This year's work and assessment has given our staff a lot of experience, and of course there are many lessons. We have always attached importance to the improvement of the overall business level of employees. The quality of work of most employees is up to standard, but there are still phenomena of uneven business levels. Therefore, once the Ministry receives the notification of individual business operation changes from the higher authorities, it will organize the employees' learning in a timely manner and reduce the accounting errors.
