2019 accounting personal year-end summary
I was lucky enough to be hired in September in XX and trained in ad. He officially went to work in Shanghai on October 8 and has been in office for more than four months.

In the past year, we have provided timely support for various internal and external economic activities. Basically, it meets the financial requirements of each department for our department. Since the Shanghai company is in the preparatory stage, the amount of capital required for engineering, production, and logistics is huge, and there are tens of millions of monthly cash flows. Although the cash flow is huge and cumbersome, our "serious, careful, and rigorous" work style, the collection and payment of funds are safe, accurate and timely, and there have been no errors. The economic activities of the company will eventually be presented in the form of financial data. In the financial accounting work, I have done my due diligence, carefully handle each business, and do my best to save the company's expenses.
In the second half of this year, the first phase of Shanghai Beibo is nearing completion, and the production phase of the equipment begins. As the business continues to expand, billing and accounting are becoming more and more important. In order to improve work efficiency, accounting is freed from the original calculation and registration work. We implemented the accounting computerization in December, that is, the new A3 financial software was adopted. Although the system was not too stable at the beginning, the high efficiency of the work has already been reflected. This saves us time, greatly improves the data query function, and lays a good foundation for financial analysis, which makes the financial work to a new level.
In addition to the serious and responsible handling of the company's internal financial relationships, the Finance Department must properly handle external financial relationships in order to achieve the tasks of the unit. Establish and maintain good relationships with the outside world. This year, the Finance Department handled the income and expenditure of the funds of each unit in a friendly and proper manner. At the same time, it established an excellent bank-enterprise relationship with the bank, established a good tax-enterprise relationship with the tax authorities, and successfully completed the declaration of relevant information of various departments such as statistics and taxation.
In the new year, I set a new goal for myself, that is, to step up learning, to better enrich myself, and to meet the challenges of the new era with a full spirit.
