Before the 5th of each month, the accounting of the previous month should be processed, and the accounting vouchers and financial statements should be printed and bound into a booklet and then archived. Before the 5th, report to the Office of the monthly financial revenue and expenditure monthly statement, and submit the previous month's business income statement and income summary comparison table to the hospital leadership. At the same time, the newly added fixed assets will be entered, and the fixed assets and financial accounts in the fixed asset management software will be consistent. At the end of the year, the annual report of the fixed assets will be reported to the county state-owned assets bureau. Quarterly, the income and personal income of each department should be counted. According to the hospital management plan, the floating salary of each department should be calculated accurately and realistically. After the draft is formed, it will be submitted to the hospital for approval and the floating salary of the staff will be honored on time.
While doing the above work, strengthen the management of the bills, and strictly implement the payment management of the receipts, such as the collection room, the nursing department, and the cashier. The tuition fees paid to the students are promptly entered into the computer for examination, and the students' tuition fees are verified one by one when the students receive the certificates.
