Finished on the same day.

At the beginning of the 12th, after the busy season in the peak season, I began to summarize the problems I encountered in my work, and tried to solve them through a simpler method. In May, the settlement increased personnel, and I began to specialize in the specific work of our company. At first, Shangchao was only a vague concept for me. I only knew its surface but didn't understand its connotation. Every day, I studied it on the supermarket system, searched the Internet, called the Shangchao headquarters, and then Learning from Wuhan Wu Accounting, thanks to the help of Wu Accounting, let me have a better understanding of Shang Chao's workflow, know what kind of preliminary work I should do, in order to achieve the results I want later.

While studying, we are also doing reconciliation work for all our clients. We have learned a lot from it and have gained a lot of experience. At the same time of work, I have not forgotten the study of professional knowledge. When I was free every day, I took out the textbooks at night and finally passed the accounting certificate and improved my ability.

I used to be very anxious in the past, and it is easy to lose my temper. But in the days of settlement work, I have learned a lot about how to behave and do things: to be humble, to be open-minded, to be grateful, to be calm, not to be anxious, to do things. Serious, active and responsible. Maybe we don't have strong abilities, but we should have high enough quality.

Summarizing the work of the year, despite some achievements and progress, there are still shortcomings in this respect. The professional knowledge is limited, and the work is still not perfect enough to be improved in future work. In the new year, I will continue to strictly demand myself, do my job well, and strive to improve my professional level, work ability to make a contribution to the company's development.
