Summary of community planning and fertility work in 2019

1. Hold a meeting of the festival attendants every month, sign the responsibility book for birth control health workers at the beginning of the year, and clarify the goals and tasks. During the Spring Festival, women of childbearing age who are doing business or working outside the country will meet, follow up, and supervise b-ultrasound. The medicines were issued and filled out with the drug follow-up card. The total population of XX was 2827, 757 women of childbearing age, 604 married, 27 pairs of marriage registration, 24 pregnant, 30 births, including 17 males and 13 females. 19 children, 11 children, 11 people, approved 12 pairs of second births, visit each maternal visit, distributed 250 kinds of publicity materials and signed condoms, using informed consent forms for external use, to publicize the current birth policy, Contraception knowledge, breastfeeding, etc. In XX, the total number of people in the community in the XX year was 4, and 5 people were ligated, and regular inspections were carried out. 2. From May 15th to 17th, we used 3 days to conduct a super-health experience for more than 400 women of childbearing age in the whole community. It was found that the birth control ring moved down 6 people, and the ring expired 7 people, suffering from uterine fibroids edema. For 25 people, women who were diagnosed with fibroid cysts were followed up and urged to check regularly, and women of childbearing age who had expired under the ring were replaced in time to avoid accidental pregnancy. A free b-ultrasound for women of childbearing age was conducted in the community from November 22 to 23, for a total of 169 people.
3. On the “5.29” Association Memorial Day, organize women of childbearing age and birth control health workers to learn about family planning policies and regulations, and to publicize the window, layout, and banner of the community. More than 1,000 copies of various promotional materials were distributed. I visited two families with only one child, and sent them 1,000 yuan of condolences and gifts, caring about their life and physical condition, encouraging them to have confidence in life, fighting the disease, and wishing him a speedy recovery!
