Since October of XX, when I was working on family planning and childbirth work, I worked hard and learned from Laotong with humility. When I first came, I was not familiar with the community work and I was not assigned a specific position. First of all, we must have a preliminary understanding and understanding of the basic work of the community, and we must do a good job in the "four masters of death and clear four masters", which is also the basic job requirements of each community staff. In order to complete this basic work, I have visited the households several times to understand, and finally, after one month, the rate of visits to community residents reached 100%. Responsible area: Unit 3, Building 7, Pomegranate Garden, Shengguo Mingyuan, Building No. 10. There are 210 households and 10 households. During the period, he also assisted his colleagues in his work: on October 18, he assisted in comprehensive treatment on the road; on October 22, he assisted in comprehensive treatment and built a police station to carry out a large inventory investigation.

Second, do a good job in family planning work

At the end of October, he was assigned to know the job of planning for childbirth, mainly responsible for the entry of the pis system and the monthly report. Seriously study the management system of the various working platforms of the family planning, master the operational skills, and input the information on the community migration population, the birth population, the newly married population, the current pregnant population, the measures taken by the married women of childbearing age, etc. Minus changes. At the same time, we also do a good job in the birth of the resident population, the birth of the floating population and so on.

Third, do a good job in family planning services

The community has increased the propaganda of family planning with the main content of “population and family planning” and launched a multi-style publicity campaign. For example, October 28th is the Men's Health Day. In order to further publicize the planning and birth policy and reproductive health knowledge among the general public, the publicity materials and condoms will be distributed at the main entrance of Shengguo Mingyuan.

Through the hard work of these two months, I have a deeper understanding of the community work, especially the family planning work. XX is about to pass. Next year, I will continue to follow the specific instructions of the higher level, and do a good job in planning and fertility work, focusing on the pis system. Entry and reporting. Of course, I also have a lot of deficiencies in my work: I am not proficient in theory and business knowledge, and should also strengthen study and practice; it is not enough for household visits, and residents do not know much about it, so it is necessary to increase the frequency of household registration.
