First, the relay protection setting work
From September 1996 to 1997, he was responsible for the fixed value setting of the 10kV distribution line and the 10kV user station relay protection. Since the branch company did not have the set-up personnel, it has established the relay protection setting archive data since the work, such as the system. The impedance table, the sub-line impedance map, the system station fixed value list are summarized in the user station fixed value list, and the fixed value list is printed by the microcomputer for standard management, and the calculation basis and calculation process of each re-setting value are also formed. More comprehensive management data for fixed value calculation. In the past two years, the new fixed-point setting and review work for the 35kV substation of Guanzhuang was completed. There is no mis-setting phenomenon, and the calculation of the short-circuit capacity of the system provides a basis for the selection of equipment such as distribution line switches. At the end of 1997, due to changes in institutional settings, junior technical personnel were instructed to carry out fixed-value setting work and successfully completed work handover.
Second, line loss professional management work
From 1996 to September 1998, as the branch line loss specialist, the following work was mainly carried out: the computerized work of line loss statistical calculation was completed, and the line loss calculation and calculation program input table code was applied to automatically generate the line loss report, and The bus balance is analyzed, and the theoretical line loss calculation is completed. The theoretical line loss calculation program is used to prepare the line loss parameter map, the line loss topological network node is programmed, and the microcomputer is input to complete the theoretical line loss calculation of the 35kV and 10 kV lines. It provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of line loss analysis and loss reduction technical measures, and prepares the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” loss reduction plan, 96-98 annual loss reduction implementation plan, monthly, quarterly and annual line loss analysis, and actively adopts technical measures. Reduce the line loss, complete the 10kV capacitors of 35kV station such as Guanzhuang and Dabizhuang, and complete the cutting and transformation of the circuit such as bypass line, overload, large power supply radius and small wire. In 1998, the power saving of reactive power loss is reduced. The paper won the third prize of the Municipal Electric Power Enterprise Association Paper and won the second place in the line loss management work of the Municipal Power Company. Participated in the pilot project of North China Power Group in Tianjin Electric Power Company, and reconstructed the 733# line loss reduction demonstration project and wrote a thesis.
Third, the preparation of power grid planning
From March 1998 to November 1998, as a professional person in charge, he participated in the compilation of the “Dongli District Power Grid Development Plan 1998-2000 and the 2019 Vision”, which involved the following contents: Power Grid Planning Principles, Dongli District Overview, Dongli District economic development discussion, power grid status, power grid problems, load forecast based on economic development status, 35kV and above power grid development planning, 10kV distribution network planning, investment estimation, expected social and economic benefits, 2019 vision concept, etc. section. It provides a basis for the construction and transformation of the power grid, and better guides the construction and transformation of the power grid. It will also be used to demonstrate the use of the microcomputer to make demonstrations, and has won the praise of the professional department of the Municipal Power Company.
Fourth, the power grid construction and transformation work
From March 1996 to now, he participated in the main transformer capacity increase of the 35kV substation of Junliangcheng and Tenghai Road. The 10kV vacuum switch was replaced by Junliangcheng, Tinghai Road and Xiaomachang. He participated in the Guanzhuang 35kV substation, Dongli Lake 35kV substation and the pony field. 35kV substation, new work in the area, new addition of Bizhuang 35kV substation, Pioneer Road 35kV substation. At present, as a professional responsible for the construction of the entire process of the 16th bridge 110kV substation, he participated in the five 35kV line modification work of the plantation line, presided over the 10kV line reconstruction project of the rural network, and gradually became familiar with the equipment and working procedures in the work, completing the project. Project feasibility study, preparation of substation construction and feasibility report of transmission line transformation, participation in substation commission design, participation in design review work, participation in project quality acceptance and data collation, development of engineering network plan, engineering flow chart, all construction and transformation The quality of the project is qualified, the power supply capacity is improved, the needs of economic operation are met, the line loss is reduced, the power supply reliability and power quality are improved, the requirements for economic development are met, and good economic and social benefits are achieved.
Fifth, professional operation management
Participate in the formulation of professional management system, including: power supply equipment maintenance management system; technical reform, overhaul project management measures; fixed assets management measures implementation rules; power supply equipment defect management system; operational analysis system; external engineering management regulations; production regular meeting system Line and substation overhaul inspection system; technical progress management and incentives; scientific and technological progress and rationalization proposal management system; computer management methods, computer system operating procedures. Technical supervision and management and assessment implementation rules; presided over the compilation of the basic system of distribution management of power supply business offices. Participate in the formulation of production management standards, the content is: voltage and reactive management standards; line loss management standards; economic activity analysis and management standards; equipment process management standards; presiding to develop professional management responsibility system: line operation professional work management network and personnel at all levels Responsibility system; transformer professional work management network and personnel responsibility system at all levels; anti-pollution flash management responsibility system; lightning protection work management responsibility system; cable operation professional work management network and personnel responsibility system at all levels; transformer implementation measures. Presided over the formulation of detailed rules and management methods for legal person responsibility for engineering construction projects; management methods for bidding and tendering of urban and rural power grid renovation projects; and interim measures for quality management of urban and rural power grid reconstruction projects.
Actively carry out seasonal work, arrange and arrange annual important festivals to ensure electricity, work on major political activities, prevent floods and summers, and work on anti-pollution work in all seasons.

6. Science and technology management work
Since 1996, as far as possible, computer sets have been used in management work to improve work efficiency and management standards. The first is to apply the fixed asset statistics application program to complete the global fixed asset transfer work, and complete the work of adding, changing, scrapping, depreciating and other fixed assets. The second is to use the Tianjin technical transformation statistical program to complete the statistical analysis of technical transformation . The third is to be responsible for completing the development and application of the branch's geographic information system, organizing the completion of the distribution line parameters and the operation data entry, forming the line database, and drawing the geographical map of the branch with AUTOCAD, marking the actual direction of the line on the geographic map. All line parameter information can be queried on the line on the geographic map. The result was awarded the third prize of Tianjin Electric Power Company Science and Technology Progress Award. The fifth is to complete the pilot work of installing the automatic recloser on the distribution line, forming an automatic judgment of the fault, improving the reliability of the power supply, and making a beneficial attempt for the automation of the distribution line. Fourth, in September 2000, he presided over the completion of the WEB webpage of the branch office, formulated the “10th Five-Year” science and technology plan and the annual science and technology plan of the branch, formulated the scientific and technological management methods, and played the role that young science and technology personnel should play.
