Nanjing Auto Repair Association's 2004 Work Summary 2005 Work Concept

In the past 2005, Nanjing Automobile Maintenance Industry Association has made great efforts to play the role and role of industry associations in the development of the industry. I. Summary of the work of the association in 2005

1. Carry out the integrity construction activities of the whole industry. First of all, in a class of maintenance companies conducted a good faith assessment. In March 2005, the Association and the Automotive Maintenance Industry Management Office held the Nanjing Automobile Maintenance Industry Credit Management Enterprise Evaluation Information Release and Awarding Conference. The first batch of 33 companies were awarded the titles of “aaa”, “aa” and “a” respectively and have been imported into the Nanjing Transportation website. At the same time, 25 companies were also recommended as the city's "three letters and three excellent" advanced enterprises.

2. After the auto repair market price is released, in order to standardize the order of the auto repair market, avoid unfair price competition and better serve the customers, based on the experience of learning the brother cities of Shanghai and Shenzhen, In actual conditions, new working hours have been introduced - the working hours quota for motor vehicle maintenance industry in Nanjing and the vehicle maintenance service guide.

3. Carry out industry training to improve the management level and practical operation ability of enterprises.
The member companies participated in the “China Automotive Maintenance Industry Management Innovation Training Course” held by Beidaihe in the third phase.
Co-organized a seminar on advanced management of modern auto repair with Shanghai Dewei Automotive Technology Co., Ltd.
In order to implement the new working hour quota, three training sessions for price settlement staff with more than 500 participants were held in the urban area. In December, a training class with 340 participation was held in the suburbs.

4. The Association and the Industry Management Office jointly organized the city's auto repair industry high-skills competition and vocational skills training activities; in November successfully held the first "Pentium Cup" National Auto Sheet Metal Competition Nanjing Division of the skills competition.

5. A total of 26 members from two batches of member companies went to Japan and Europe for industry inspections, including 14 people in Japan and 12 people in Europe.

6. Cooperated with the Jiangsu Provincial Career Center to hold the first professional recruitment of professional technicians in the auto repair industry. More than 30 auto repair shops were recruited, which was different from more than 0 people entering the interview and trial.

7. At the request of the member companies, two symposiums were held to listen to the opinions of the provincial and municipal authorities on the fixed-point maintenance bidding for official vehicles, and these comments were promptly fed back to the provincial government bidding office, which better maintained The interests of member companies.

In 2005, there were still some problems in the work of the association. The main ones are: According to the principle of “one city, one industry and one meeting”, only one city-wide industry association can be established in the same industry. In the implementation of consultations with the districts and counties, the thoughts are still not uniform due to various reasons, and there are still resistances in the work. With regard to accelerating the transformation of government functions and rationalizing the relationship between the political parties, how do industry associations accept government commissions and exercise part of the industry management functions. For example, in the enterprise market access, whether the pre-trial of the new enterprise can be entrusted to the association, the work has not been thoroughly explored and launched.

1. Cooperate with the government and industry authorities to publicize the “Road Transportation Regulations”, the new “opening conditions” and the relevant regulations of the maintenance industry. In 2006, the “Regulations on the Management of Motor Vehicle Maintenance Industry” promulgated by the Ministry of Communications publicized and implemented the corresponding legal system lectures.

2. Promote the development of competitions for honesty and car repair and quality service to breadth and depth. On December 15, 2006, the city's mobilization meeting was held, and specific deployments were carried out. At the same time, the top ten advanced technical experts in the industry were selected.

3. Standardize market order and organize and implement new working hours quotas.
Grasp a number of model enterprises that clearly mark the price and standardize their operations;
The on-site meeting was held to organize exchanges between different business models such as “4s” stores, fast repair chains, special maintenance stations, and comprehensive repairs to standardize corporate charging behavior.

4. Complete the second-phase inquiry system of corporate integrity assessment. The first batch of honest enterprises above the a level will be announced online.

5. Continue to organize enterprises to go out to study and study. In 2006, they plan to go to Japan or Australia, Northern Europe and other countries for inspection.

6. Organize employees to conduct industry training, key grade workers, and factory and manager training.

7. Continue to cooperate with provincial and municipal employment centers, jointly organize special recruitment activities for auto repair professional and technical personnel, organize colleges and universities and vocational technical schools to participate in the meeting, and solve problems for member companies to solve the shortage of professional talents.

8. Conduct research on business formats and business models, diversify business models, and encourage the development of fast-repair chains and other business models that adapt to market needs.

9. Implement the No. 182 document of the municipal government and follow the principle of “one city, one industry and one meeting” to rationalize the relationship between the county associations.
