Time passed quickly, and I didn’t know it until the end of the year. Looking back on my own harvest in this year is still very good. Thanks to the masters of their own teachers, I can't live without them!

First, the goal completed this year

When I first turned to the right, I set a goal to standardize my own maintenance process. This year, all plastic surgery, door replacement and small accidents must be completed independently. It is also necessary to master the maintenance technology of large accidents as soon as possible. Change your own carelessness, improve the quality of maintenance, eliminate the repair rate, and do a good job in every car. This is not only responsible for the customer, but also responsible for yourself; at the same time, learn as soon as possible and do your best. Learn more about technology and try to be able to repair it yourself. Now it seems that the original goal has been reached. After the car arrives, it can be repaired by itself. Whether it is the maintenance process or the quality of the repair is greatly improved; it is no longer the original rookie!

Problems and advantages of oneself

In the usual work, I also have some shortcomings. I am a bit careless. Although my talents are not as good as being people, I am not afraid of being dirty, not afraid of being tired, and willing to learn; otherwise I am being "obsolete" waiting for me!
