At the end of the year, reviewing the computer teaching work carried out during this semester is basically a relatively smooth completion of the task. Of course, I enjoy the joy of harvest at work, and I also find some problems in my work. I will use the harvest I have for the next semester. From the teaching point of view, I mainly did some of this work:
At the beginning of the period, there are plans and teaching progress, so that the teaching work can proceed smoothly and orderly; although there are some emergencies such as: the computer room can only be opened for one month, but because the teaching plan is better, so It does not affect the work, but it is beneficial to the teaching work to a certain extent, so that a large amount of computer theory knowledge can be imparted to students. Of course, there is also a downside. There is no way for students to get on the plane and lack of practical opportunities. This issue should be especially addressed in the next semester.
In accordance with the school work management regulations, carefully prepare the class, write the teaching plan, and strive to improve each class. The computer school arranges less class time, which is a very important lesson for students; it is a difficult class for teachers. Therefore, it is very important for teachers to be good for each class. In addition to preparing lessons and writing good teaching plans, I also need to check out various materials. When I go to the Internet, I also go online to find good teaching materials, teach courseware, and combine them with the work I am doing for my use.
Using the characteristics of the subject and their own conditions, organize some students to participate in the computer interest group. The gratifying results of the activities of the event, such as the computer typing speed of many students, the computer knowledge level is greatly improved.
In the promotion of excellence, I also pay attention to the students in the form of various forms such as home visits in the teaching or teaching, to transform the students and promote their development.
In addition to teaching, I also pay attention to my own development and progress. In addition to listening to classes, commenting on classes, and attending teaching and research group teaching and research activities, I also noticed that I should learn by myself. From the ideological point of view, use the opportunity of assessment to correct yourself; from the action to participate in self-study knowledge, learn computer technology , learn teaching skills, etc.; pay attention to the image in life, for the teacher.
