In addition to continuing to be responsible for pension, unemployment, medical insurance statistics, he is also mainly engaged in labor wages. Management, and participated in the trial work of the company's XX-year reform plan for labor, personnel, and distribution systems. I. Pension, unemployment, medical insurance statistics management

I took part in long-term professional and technical work after I joined the work, mainly in the management of pension, unemployment and medical insurance statistics. In 1995, the aluminum-agricultural employee pension insurance entered the stage of industry co-ordination, and the work of the employee pension insurance that had just started began to be collected from the most basic employee pension insurance information collection, collation and establishment of account records. Under the guidance of the personnel of the personnel department, I earnestly and conscientiously do a good job in the collection and registration of the pension insurance information of the employees, fill out the accounting records of the “Guidelines for the payment of the endowment insurance for the employees of Guizhou Aluminum Factory”, and do a good job in the statistics of various types of endowment insurance data. To ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information; in the process of handling and accounting for the pension insurance payment, I flexibly use the "social security" and the knowledge of the computer information database that I have learned at school, and the employee pension insurance The accounting of the payment base is revised into a simple and reasonable function formula, which makes the management of the endowment insurance for the employees of the unit truly transformed from a single, aging manual operation into a computer science management, which greatly reduces the workload and the accuracy of the payment base calculation. It has also been improved and is highly praised by the unit leaders and employees. After completing the preliminary work of the employee pension insurance in the factory, in the subsequent statistical process of unemployment and medical insurance statistics, I accurately understood the interpretation of various statistical indicators and ensured that the basic data of various insurance statistical statements were correct. In the above-mentioned insurance statistical report system, the indicator column involves more content, and the index decomposition requirements are more detailed. I carefully and categorically handle the contents of the various indicators of the statistical report, and make the data change according to the reporting requirements of the statistical report. The logical relationship is correct. If there is a major change in the indicator data in the table, timely adjustments are made and the change description is made, and the statistics are summarized in a timely manner. In the actual work, such cumbersome statistical work requires me to be a business manager, and often conduct detailed business work analysis, from the perspective of qualitative and quantitative analysis, to evaluate the overall business work results, in order to get accurate The quantitative report data, at the same time, the comprehensive analysis of the necessary corporate insurance statistics report is also one of the important means to do this work, taking the endowment insurance as an example, from the insured unit, the insured employees, the number of contributions, the base of payment to the pension The determination of the amount of insurance premiums has formed a close working chain. When the indicators are all determined, the correspondence between the indicators is very clear. Through the comprehensive analysis of the indicators of the statistical report, I further improved the accuracy of the reported statistical report data. Over the years, the insurance statistics and information materials of the personnel department of my department have been reported in a timely and reliable manner, and the information is accurate and correct. It has been highly evaluated by the relevant business departments.

Second, daily wage management and post salary system reform

In the Personnel Section of the Industry and Trade Industry Corporation, in addition to being mainly responsible for the above-mentioned categories of insurance statistics, I am also responsible for the salary management of employees throughout the company. As a precious aluminum collective enterprise, the Industry and Trade Industry Corporation, the wage management of its subsidiaries is subject to the final review by the personnel of the company. Since I went to the Industry and Trade Corporation in 1999, the salary structure of the post structure implemented by the company has not changed much. The management of wages has become a relatively simple daily management work. Despite this, I am still careful and careful in the monthly labor and wage statistics review work to ensure that the original data is accurate and timely reported to the business departments according to the requirements of the higher authorities. Including monthly reports to the personnel office of Guizhou Aluminum Factory, reporting to Guiyang Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. every quarter and semi-annual and year-end to the Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Statistics, Labor Bureau, Baiyun District Labor Bureau to submit personnel labor wage statements, etc. In addition, I have also established and improved all kinds of records and accounts of the company's employees' wage management, and handled the daily work adjustments such as employee turnover, job changes, job changes, and changes in working age, etc. All kinds of reports at all levels are error-free and flawless, and never lag behind in time. They have been highly praised by superior business departments in many business inspections and audits. In April XX, Gui Aluminum was restructured and listed, and the Industry and Trade Corporation The internal and external living environment is facing severe changes. Enterprise reform is imperative. With the attention and support of the head of the head office, the reform of labor, personnel, and distribution systems specifically undertaken by our department has kicked off as the human resources department. Wages management personnel, I participated in the formulation, discussion and revision of the labor wage reform measures implemented by the company to implement full floating wages. During the specific discussion and revision to the final finalization process, I have repeatedly put forward ideas that are insightful and in line with the actual reform plan of the unit, and have been affirmed by the competent leaders. Finally, the reform plan for the labor, personnel, and distribution system of our company, which was completed by me, was implemented after repeated investigations and vertical accounting comparisons. The full salary floating plan implemented by our company is a reasonable change based on my own file salary. Among them, the general principle of the labor wage reform program is that, according to the economic benefits of the enterprise, the head office implements a total full wage floating allocation for each branch, and employees can only receive 60% of the original monthly average wage income, and the remaining 40% are regarded as units. The economic benefits fluctuated and floated once in half a year. At the same time, under my proposal, the company has also carried out the reform of the post structure salary system. Together with my colleagues, I have carried out a set of reforms on the wages and incomes of employees of the whole company, and used the salary list of the original name. The unified post work system is used to change and replace. The wages of employees are composed of four parts: post salary, bonus, title subsidy and retention salary, which highlights the characteristics of the post income. The employee income distribution system has truly formed the “post ability”. The pattern of “income depends on contribution”. Initially, the implementation of such a large-scale wage system reform, especially in the scope of the Guizhou Aluminum Plant for the first time to implement such a post salary reform, and the implementation of full floating, certainly touched the vital interests of some employees, in the guidance of the department leadership and With the help of, as a direct business manager, I have been affected by individual income, and temporary employees who have resistance, patience and nuance to explain and explain and communicate with them, and implement the reform of the three systems for the company in XX.
