At the beginning of the year, Xue Ning caused great losses to the company, especially the damage to the factory buildings and power supply equipment, and increased the procurement workload of low-consumption materials. During the period of snow condensation, how to ensure timely and high-quality reconstruction and The progress of the heavy production work has put a lot of pressure on our low-cost purchasers. Under the leadership of the leaders, we have carried forward the spirit of not being afraid of suffering and not being tired. We only have to go out to work when we have a procurement plan. Many times, in order to purchase materials back to the company as early as possible, they will go out at dawn, and they will be able to eat at night, and they will have to return to the company in the evening. In order to save costs for the company, many times we have to do our own hard work to move the materials, and quarrel with the truck master, and talk to the bosses about the price.
With the efforts of colleagues all over the company, we completed the reconstruction and re-production work in a short time, the normal production of the company. In the future, we will start to greet the peak sales season. Under the guidance of the company's leadership in expanding production, all the purchasing department colleagues are busy again.
I changed jobs in June, from low-cost buyers to raw material buyers. Although low-cost purchases and raw material purchases are all purchases, there are big differences: First, I have a deeper understanding of the quality and price of low-consumption materials, and the quality and price of lime make me unable to be a buyer. Second, the previous low-cost materials purchase price is low, and can be directly paid, and lime procurement is to look at quality, talk about price, but also sign a contract, the risk is greater. Third, the low-cost procurement work is to wait for the procurement plan, the raw material procurement is to pay attention to the inventory situation at any time; fourth, the communication to the supplier is different. During this period of time, it is the period when the supply of lime is less than demand. The production volume of the company is constantly increasing. The demand for raw materials is increasing. Besides these, there are still many problems that need to be solved by myself. For my work, it was originally Halfway through the house, these conditions have deepened the difficulty.
Only after solving these problems, and with the help of experienced colleagues, grasp the focus of raw material procurement work, procurement work can be done well. I first learn about the quality of lime and understand the meaning of each data on the test sheet; then I understand the current lime market situation, look at the previous contract development, and get in touch with the suppliers that have been working together; Go to the outside to find the various lime plants, and then investigate the lime quality and price of each plant. The appropriate lime plant will talk to them about the contract. Then there is the usual work. Contact the people in the quality control department every day to understand the supplier supply. Whether the quality of the lime is up to standard, but also to understand the inventory situation with the library, often there is no new change in the quality of the lime that is in contact with the production department. There are many other things to do, such as establishing good relationships with suppliers, communicating the quality and quantity of lime in a timely manner, communicating with colleagues in other departments, knowing the completion of each contract at any time, understanding market prices, and adjusting in time. The price of lime has been signed with the supplier from a new contract; the selected supplier has established a long-term cooperative relationship, and at the same time, the supplier group has been expanded, the company has more choices and reduced procurement costs, etc.; Exploring the work profile. It is simple to say, but it is very difficult to do the same. I said that my colleague and I had to find out how many roads and how much sweat had flown in order to find out the lime plants. There is no such detailed map to show which place has a lime factory. The summer sun in Guizhou is big. We are holding the sun every day and asking if there is a lime factory nearby. After a summer, we are familiar with many places. We have a clear limestone factory.
After various reasons, I was transferred to purchase low-cost after October, and returned to my familiar job. Low-cost procurement work is not like raw materials, it is more complicated, but it is really not easy to really do it well. Of course, I am also trying to improve my work.

For example, the situation in the low-cost warehouse inventory made me realize that one problem: although the previous low-cost procurement work can be completed in time and quality, we are all based on the procurement plan, which is a passive one. This time led to the backlog of warehouse supplies but still in the procurement. To truly achieve "purchase is necessary", it is necessary to really do inventory management, that is to say, there should be an up and down alarm line like sulfuric acid procurement, material inventory is within a limit, not too much, not too little. To put it another way, just like I buy lime, I should take the initiative to understand how the inventory of materials purchased by the project is really needed to buy. This saves the company money and reduces inventory dumping.
