In 2007, 11 new water permits were obtained, with a total water intake of 297.438 million m3 and 2 groundwaters of 15,000 m3. among them:

By the end of February 2007, there were 224 enterprises that had been reviewed annually, and 136 enterprises that had participated in the annual review, of which 108 were qualified at the annual examination, and 28 enterprises were approved to obtain water permit at the annual inspection. In 2007, there were 189 water fee collection enterprises and 54 hydropower stations. This year is the first year of implementing the new price adjustment of water resources fees. While implementing the new standards, in order to facilitate enterprises to understand and accept new prices, we have to go to the water companies to carry out price adjustment files, to publicize, explain, persuade, and patience. From January to December 2007, the company's water resource fee should be collected 2.345 million yuan, and it has reached the financial limit of 1.724 million yuan.

The total power generation of the hydropower station from November 2006 to October 2007 was 25.15 million kilowatts, and the water resource fee was 251,500 yuan. All entered the special account for extrabudgetary funds.
