Year-end work summary of nursing staff

Time flies around me like water. In a blink of an eye, I have been in the hospital for more than a year. The time of the year is more than three hundred days long and only a short period of twelve months, but I don’t know who will find it?

I have learned a lot over the past year. As a young nursing staff, we should always ask for high standards and strict requirements, humbly ask others, actively improve work methods, enhance work ability, improve specialist nursing knowledge, improve the quality of nursing services, and improve nursing operation techniques. Adhere to the theory and practice, adhere to criticism and self-criticism, adhere to job responsibilities and nursing concepts. Nursing work seems ordinary and idle in ordinary people, and in my personal experience, it feels so busy and exhausting. It is a combination of mental and physical strength. It does not allow you to make mistakes in the size of sesame. It is like trading with life. Because doctors and inspectors are the commanders and diagnosers of patients who treat diseases, and nurses are the real performers, that is, all external devices and drugs... directly interact with the patient's caregivers, even you One sentence, one expression, one action directly affects the patient's emotional changes. Therefore, this industry really needs to be standardized and decent in words and deeds.

In the past year, we have always kept in mind the purpose of 'serving the people wholeheartedly', regardless of personal gains and losses. No matter how much time from work, how much time to rest, and how much to get paid, you should not care. I am still young, my experience is not enough, I don’t have much to pay, and there will be more rewards. I think even if it is temporary, I personally think that if you want to have a big return, let us start from the young and be willing to pay. Time, sweat, money, interests, unsuccessful honours, more investment, in order to achieve outstanding achievements in the future. Therefore, I firmly believe that in the days to come, as long as I am willing to study hard and constantly improve myself, and spread love to the hearts of every patient, I will definitely do a better job of nursing.
