The northeast #3 furnace electric contact water level gauge has always had a large deviation on both sides. 6. The feedback device of the gas control door in the Weibei Water District has not been handled well. 7, North Hebei hydrogen humidity meter has been inaccurate. 8. The fault of the hydrogen dehumidifier in the #1 machine of Weibei is frequent, and it is ready to change from air-cooled to water-cooled. 9. Insufficient with the commissioning of the 300mw unit, on the one hand, our understanding of the new equipment is not enough, the technology is not enough; on the other hand, there are many problems in the new equipment itself; plus the safety awareness of the personnel It is weak, the responsibility for work is not strong enough, and the rules and regulations are not observed, resulting in the protection of human responsibility. Mainly: 1. During the start-up process of the #3 machine in Weibei, the alarm value of a broken coal signal was modified. The final analysis is that the file is in the read-only attribute, and the download is easy to cause communication interruption; after the global download, the "black furnace" action caused by the grinding group is caused. On the one hand, we are not complying with the rules and regulations to be requested, on the other hand, the manufacturers are not familiar with their own systems, and the logic is not perfect, resulting in the flameout of the boot process. 2.
