2. Quality management. 3. Process execution. In order to reduce the company's production pressure, increase the production capacity of the workshop, and carry out production practice with everyone, under the guidance of the company, the experimental trials of the process were carried out. Through the efforts of everyone, the output was much higher, in terms of various process requirements. There were no major abnormalities and continued stable production. The cumulative production in the first half of the year was 5,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 10%. Better completed the production tasks assigned by the company and the workshop.
In the work of XX years, I also exposed some problems, mainly reflected in two aspects:
1. Due to the improvement of the process and the experimental production, there have been some reversals in energy conservation and emission reduction, especially the various consumption indicators of the month are not satisfactory. In addition, since most of the workshop operations are carried out manually, and there is no better reduction in production costs, I must first find problems from myself, improve the system, and pay close attention to the internal affairs, but it is also inseparable from the workshop, and the company's strong support and coordination.
