The development of social insurance work. Social insurance work is the core content of the social security system. Social insurance work is a new starting point for the bureau. 1. Basic medical insurance for urban workers. The basic medical insurance work for urban workers in our district, with a solid foundation, actively started, steadily advanced, and gradually covered the work ideas, through a considerable period of investigation and preparation, officially launched in July. So far, I have done the following work for this purpose: First, complete the construction of the social security network information platform. The construction of the social security network information platform has been completed by the end of December, and it is mainly used for basic medical treatment for urban workers. In May, through the telecommunications department, the central computer room was connected with the designated medical institutions in Dafang and Daixi. The second is to formulate relevant measures. According to the unified policy, unified standards and unified proportion of the "three unification" principle, we refer to the relevant measures for the basic medical insurance for urban workers in the local government, and in accordance with the actual conditions of our district, formulate the Interim Measures for the Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Employees in Scenic Areas. The Interim Measures for the Social Coordination of Medical Insurance for Major Diseases in Scenic Areas, and the Interim Measures for Medical Assistance for National Civil Servants in Scenic Areas and supporting policies are fully prepared for the launch of this project. The third is to collect information on the insurance insured units and personal information. The Bureau issued the "Notice on Participating in the Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Employees", and is currently providing the "Statistical Table for the Basic Information of Social Insurance Payment Units in Scenic Areas" and the "Insured Personnel for Basic Medical Insurance for Urban Employees in Scenic Areas" provided by various units. The Basic Status Registration Form and the “Personal Basic Wage Statistics Form for Urban Employee Basic Medical Insurance in Scenic Spots” are reviewed and entered, and are expected to be completed by the end of December. The fourth is the collection of medical insurance funds. In the end, the medical insurance fund can be 222,280 yuan, and the number of participants is 2,110.
2. Work injury insurance work. In order to speed up the work-related injury insurance work, the Notice of the Administrative Committee of the Management Committee on Implementing the Social Integration Implementation Opinions of Coal Mining Enterprises Participating in Work-related Injury Insurance in Bijie District and the Notice on Participating in Work-related Injury Insurance Issues were issued. 37 coal mine enterprises in the scenic area have entered the work injury insurance information of 30 enterprises. Our office opened the work-related injury insurance business on May 28, and in the end, it can collect 11578 artificial injury insurance premiums of 1,759,900 yuan.
3. Work for pension, unemployment and maternity insurance. The work of pension, unemployment and maternity insurance is underway. The assessment of the endowment insurance payment for the 25 township cadres recruited by the former personnel department has been completed, and recommendations are submitted to the organization department. It is expected to be gradually launched after December. In the end, the unemployment insurance fund can be priced at 287,500 yuan, the endowment insurance fund is 4,709,100 yuan, and the maternity insurance fund is 168,100 yuan.
The development of labor inspection work. Intensify labor security supervision and law enforcement, and implement the "Labor Contract Law", "Labour Protection Supervision Regulations", "Employment Promotion Law", "Regulations on Paid Leave for Employees" and other laws and regulations, strengthen daily active inspections, and increase Dealing with complaints and reporting cases. Dynamically supervise the labor and employment of coal mines, non-coal mines and other enterprises, and gradually include small employers and individuals in the coverage of supervision, forming a network covering urban and rural labor security supervision organizations. First, do a good job in the investigation and verification of the basic situation of the employer. According to the investigation and verification, there are currently 37 coal mine enterprises under their jurisdiction: 5 of them are technical transformation coal mines, 20 coal mines are integrated, 6 coal mines are produced, and 6 new coal mines are built. There are 23 other large and small enterprises and enterprises, and there are 15100 laborers. The second is to strengthen the implementation of the policy propaganda and training work on the Labor Contract Law. The bureau has always taken the propaganda and education and business training of the Labor Contract Law and its supporting laws and regulations as an important task.
