In XX, it is the year in which the company's leaders overcome various difficulties, lead everyone to open source and reduce expenditure, find ways to expand business income, and develop steadily. First, strict control of various costs, open source for deputy, throttling

According to the situation of our logistics department, open source is less likely, and throttling is indeed the top priority of this department, which can be seen in the details of this year's financial expenses.

1. Current status of the logistics department

The expenses incurred by this department in this year account for an increase in the ratio of company expenses. Logistics costs can be divided into fixed and variable parts. Fixed costs do not change with changes in the company's business. The changes increase with the company's business. When the change becomes smaller with the cost reduction of other departments of the company, the fixed part will be more shared, and the short-term part of the logistics department can only reduce the change, which causes the overall logistics cost to increase the company's expense ratio.

2. Control costs are informal

Strictly control the expenses that must be incurred to prevent unnecessary expenses. For the distribution costs, our logistics department strictly follows the most optimized route, the minimum tolls and parking fees, and Luo Xuancheng’s initiative to save parking fees has become everyone’s consensus. From the Gongming pull equipment back to Shiyan, the freight company quoted 5,000 yuan, and we actually saved 80%. For the maintenance of various equipment, we are also worth three. For example, the problem of Guangdong b**** oil pump, Luo ** consulting several, the cost is about 1,000 yuan, but we actually only spend more than 300 yuan, saving more than 60%. For some small things, we also try to save, for example, paint the window of Shiyan warehouse, we all buy the paint ourselves, do not ask the property to brush. All of these, too numerous to mention, change the cost savings of more than 60%, although did not make outstanding contributions to the company, but also did their own efforts.

3. Fixed cost control

According to the company's leadership instructions to the logistics department's warehouse, the original Zhuhai warehouse stock keel was transferred to Shiyan at a time, saving the company a certain storage cost. In addition, we cooperated with Hu Ge to rent out the Yinhu warehouse to further reduce the fixed costs of department management.

Second, take the opportunity of learning the scientific development concept to further strengthen department management

1. Improve the department management system

In accordance with the leadership opinions, the various management systems will be revised. On the basis of keeping the original process unchanged, we have added financial supervision and other clauses to further standardize the warehousing process.

2. Enhance department staff's service awareness and safety awareness

While emphasizing multi-creative benefits, the department must ensure service quality and operational safety. It requires departmental personnel to save costs, provide services and guarantees to business departments and customers, and support business units to create more benefits. We will conscientiously implement the policy of safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management. In the past year, there have been no complaints and no safety incidents in this department.

3. Strengthen the knowledge and skills self-training of department personnel

Due to the company's business is not saturated, the staff of this department often use the idle to self-train and self-improve, and reserve power for the company's future development.

Third, reduce the sluggish inventory, transport back to the mine panel

In the past year, with the support of the leaders and the cooperation of relevant departments, Fulin wood flooring and ceramic tiles were cleared, and some samples of fine products and wall coverings of the Silver Lake warehouse were processed. In addition, when the CSC Nantou warehouse was cancelled, some of the mine panels were still identified as waste disposal. After my department Luo ** told me, I decided to temporarily return it to the Shiyan warehouse for the time being, and I have already prepared the company for future use.

Fourth, improve the accuracy of data in and out of the warehouse, and ensure the reliability of financial raw data

In order to ensure the timely completion of all work on property, and to ensure the effective connection of financial data and business data, it provides a more sufficient basis for company decision-making. When entering and leaving the warehouse, all personnel in the department personally went into battle. For example, when rock wool is unloaded, I climbed up and down to the data, and then itchy neck and neck for several days. In addition, it is common for the department or the person to provide uninterrupted work for more than ten hours in order to provide the financial report of the required reports to the finance in a timely and accurate manner. For example, in the last data collation, nearly one thousand data, the original documents should be indicated one by one, and the time is tight. At the expense of lunch, more than ten hours to get.

V. Support other departments to work and deal with related businesses

In order to ensure the normal operation of other departments of the company, the department or I try to complete work that is not completed or impossible by other departments. For example, last year, the company assembled and maintained more than 30 computers for the company, and many times, such as maintaining printers. In addition, I participated in the handling of party committees and trade union affairs, and was responsible for drafting a certain number of archives and participating in the organization of some activities. Because of these non-industry operations, I will not go into details here.

Due to space limitations, other businesses in this department are no longer stated. Of course, the achievements in the past year do not belong to the merits of a certain person. This is the result of the joint efforts of all the logistics staff under the strong support of the company's leaders and the cooperation of colleagues. Again, although the big environment determines our small environment, so that we have no highlights, but the past year is a solid, warm year that we have walked under the care of the company's leaders. We have no excitement, but we still have the passion to fight; we have no gratifying results, but we still have wonderful dreams; we have no extraordinary ability, but we have done things that others cannot or will not do. XX years have passed, and we have not completed the goals for the beginning of the year. Please ask the leaders to understand. Prospects for departmental work in XX:

1. Continue to increase revenue and reduce expenditure.

In order to reduce the cost, the department plans to use the Huge to rent out the Yinhu to cover the fixed expenses of the Shiyan warehouse during the year. Further reduce vehicle costs and management costs. For the existing scrap equipment in the Shiyan warehouse, the department plans to deal with the steel brother before and after the Spring Festival.

2. Strengthen department management, optimize warehousing and distribution processes

Ensure that the accuracy of the inbound and outbound warehouse reaches 100%, further reduce the backlog of inventory and speed up the capital turnover. Eliminate unnecessary departmental resources idling, and use postal parcel delivery to optimize the distribution route. Require department personnel to continuously learn logistics knowledge and strengthen product training.

3. Further improve service levels and create harmonious colleagues.

In the new year, the department or I will continue to serve our colleagues and ensure that everyone can fully participate in the main business. As long as everyone says a word, we will take the exhaustion away and leave satisfaction.
