Welder's year-end summary
I have been in the factory for more than a month, and I was shocked by the earth-shaking changes in the factory when I first entered the factory. Now I am doing simple operations under the guidance of Master. Looking back all the way, it can be said that I feel deeply and benefit a lot.
I am a complete newcomer to the type of welder I work on. I have never been exposed to mechanical manufacturing. Although I have made enough psychological preparations, I still have a strong sense of incompetence in the face of unfamiliar industry and work environment. But this feeling quickly disappeared with the help of Master and colleagues.
The first lesson after assignment to the team is "Safe Production Knowledge." Master asked us not to touch and operate the equipment that we did not understand, and always pay attention to the wires on the ground in the workshop, the hanging slings and so on. Put an end to all security risks.
In order to familiarize us with the work as soon as possible, Master gave us a book on reading and learning "Metal Technology", "Mechanical Foundation", "Mechanical Identification", "CNC Straight Cutting Machine Description", etc., so that there is a simple theory for practical work. Cognition, combined with theory, has recognized various types of basic raw materials. For example, h-shaped steel, channel steel, strip steel, manganese steel, etc.
After entering the actual production, whenever the production drawings were issued, Master asked us to read the pictures together, from the vehicle parts map to the picture board of the large low-profile trailer. Especially in the picture drawing of the frame of the trailer, the drawings issued by the technical department are the semi-finished drawings of the whole frame, including the dimensions of the wings and the reinforcing sub-plates that need to be welded with the trailer. Therefore, in the actual sheet cutting process, the necessary reduction of the drawings is required to obtain true, reliable and accurate data. This requires us to do an accurate calculation of the given data. In order to ensure this, Master sometimes goes to the technical department and the production site several times in order to confirm the specifications and dimensions of a web. It is required that we carry out multiple calculations with him. The master said: "Only the accurate data can be used to produce a product that meets the standards. As the first process of production in the entire branch, we should minimize the error of the product. This is responsible for the work, but also for the product. Responsible." Master's rigorous work attitude affects us all the time.
Although we conducted a preliminary theoretical study and were carefully guided by Master, I still felt hard and difficult when I actually entered the actual production operation.
First of all, because the installation position of the CNC straight strip cutter is different from the initial setting of the machine tool, the x and y axes in the manual are opposite to the actual x and y axes, which makes me adjust for a long time.
Secondly, I learned that programming and operation are not enough. For example, in the case of seven large plates, it is essential to improve production efficiency in order to ensure the supply of materials in other sections. Master will add a knife to the cutting. Under the condition of ensuring the internal stress is unchanged, the steel plate will be heated synchronously, synchronously expanded, synchronously cut, and synchronously deformed. The four knives that originally produced two plates will be turned into three knives to save. Sheets, saving gas, saving time and improving efficiency.
For example, in the process of unloading of accessories, due to the irregular pattern of the accessories, it is necessary to consider how to produce a few more parts on the same size of manganese plate, which involves the problem of "setting". This is like what I think is more difficult to master. For example, the cutting of the "rear door swivel arm", I did not even think about how to save the knife, but ignored how to save the plate. But after I came into contact with the "set", I understood the depth of this knowledge.
For example, in the process of cutting the flange of the oil tank fender, we chose a continuous cutting method, which not only reduces the warm-up time of each piece, but also reduces the repetition of the knife in the straight line segment. The smoothness of the slitting reduces the number of machining processes and can be directly used for drilling to make the production in one go.
