Second, fully understand the working environment, work scope, work status, and make sure that problems can be timely and resolved in a timely manner.
Third, don't be late, don't leave early, don't lack embarrassment, have problems with the leaders, ask for leave, do their due diligence on their work, make reasonable arrangements, don't worry, and be safe and stable.
Fourth, take care of public property, properly use and timely maintenance of tools and equipment, save energy, from saving a drop of water, once the electricity, in addition to the use of the guests, so that people go out, the water pipe is used up in time to close, found problems in time for repair, no Because of the unmanned management, the hotel's energy is wasted. 5. Through this period of work, I found that I still have some shortcomings, and I need to improve, such as lack of professional knowledge, and prepare to improve my professional knowledge and service level by strengthening learning.
My plan for next year is:
