I. Preventing maintenance and improving equipment efficiency At the beginning of April, the central air-conditioning mainframe was repaired and maintained annually. The central air-conditioning system was modified to tap the potential, increase the amount of water in the cooling tower, and scientifically adjust the flow rate, flow rate, head and inlet and outlet water temperature of the chilled water. The operation of 3 cooling pumps and refrigerating pumps totaling 37.5kw has been reduced, so that the equipment is always in the most economical operating state, which reduces equipment wear and saves electricity costs.
During the time of the first-level maintenance, the other equipment facilities are maintained at the same time.
Second, strengthen energy management, put an end to the leakage.
The hotel's catering natural gas metering, we have reviewed the gas records for the past 2 years, analyzed and compared, and measured the time-sharing volume of each department on site. In order to ensure that the interests of the hotel are not infringed, and to ensure the fairness and accuracy of the usage, we cooperate with the gas company to verify the gas meter of the catering, reducing the deadweight loss caused by the loss.
The water in the boiler system of the hotel is affected by the aging of the sewage pipe of the water tank, which affects the sewage discharge of the water tank, affects the water quality of the boiler, and has great safety hazards. In October, we first sealed and isolated the old water pipes, and changed the sewage discharge to safer sewage discharge to solve the boiler water safety. Secondly, there are safety hazards in the design and installation of the overflow pipe of the water tank, and we have also carried out the transformation.
Summary: Through strict management of water, electricity, gas and other energy sources, reducing the economic losses caused by energy loss, reducing operating costs, improving measurement accuracy, and providing an accurate basis for hotel cost accounting.
Third, strengthen management and earnestly do an annual inspection of boilers and pressure vessels. In June and July, we cooperated with the provincial boiler and pressure vessel testing researchers to conduct annual inspections on boilers and pressure vessels.
