I have been in the company for nearly a year. In the work, I have learned a lot of mechanical knowledge, improved my understanding of machining, deepened my understanding of machining and related equipment and technical materials, and learned a lot of people. Reason and how to get along with every colleague of the company. When I came to the company's work in the quality inspection department, I got to know a lot of mechanical drawings, which I couldn't learn at school. What's more, I learned a lot of machines and measurements that I haven't seen in school. Instruments have learned a lot about the management system in the company. Combine the theoretical knowledge and practice that has been learned, and better enrich yourself and lay a foundation for the work to be told later.
From my first day to the company, I came to the quality inspection department. I saw that the management system of our company is very good, so I am more serious about my work. I came to our factory on the first day and I saw the processing of our factory. The equipment is very complete, knowing the equipment used in machining, such as milling machines, grinding machines and lathes. Afterwards, I worked in the quality inspection department. During the work, I listened to the introduction of the quality inspection department and the importance of our department. I also learned more about the safety issues and items that need attention when we work. Then the masters introduced the drawings to me. At first glance, the parts drawings that I opened my eyes to see are no longer the simple cad drawings we have in school, but the real precision parts processing drawings. After I got to know the drawings, I got some understanding of the processing technology of a part, learned the processing program of a part, and got to know the material of the part. I knew what kind of material to heat treatment and what kind of material to be surface treated. The work of quality inspection has made me know a lot of knowledge, and I have a basic understanding of the work flow of our factory. In the future work for me, it is my great help that I can find out which problems I will encounter in the future work.
When I came to the Quality Inspection Department, I deeply understood the precision of the parts. From a student who just came out of school, I came to the company and didn’t know anything. I only knew the simple parts and what kind of parts can be seen now. I can measure it, but I think it is not enough to know. We still need to know how to process such parts. That is what we really want to know, so in the future opportunities, we have to go to practice to understand the car. Milling and wire cutting seem to be difficult, but I see colleagues in our work who are all machines that operate, I realize that I will think of me when I check the results of their labor. In the future, I can also go wherever I want to help, and I can make a difference in our company.
In the company, I have seen some problems: First, our employees are still lax in their safety. They often lack protection for production, and they are not doing a good job in machine protection. They do not have a good implementation of our company's 5s concept. Second, our company's technical staff did not fill out their self-inspection records for our craft cards, which caused a lot of time for the quality inspection. Third, we should train new employees, they are not familiar with our company's measuring instruments, so they can not self-test when measuring. Nor can it guarantee the quality of a good product. Fourth, our company's employees did not perform well in the upper level.
Finally, I know the iso, I have a preliminary contact with iso in the company, and I have a better understanding of iso. I feel that iso quality management is very important. Iso can help us to be more hierarchical in the management of our company. There is also a guarantee that if we continue to train the theory of iso management to every employee, then we are not able to guarantee the quality of our products and improve the quality of our products.
In our company, we have established a set of its own iso management, but many employees are still very strange to iso, that is to say that our employees still lack understanding of iso, I think we must train our staff regularly. The understanding of iso, let them know that iso is guaranteed for the quality of our company's products, which not only enhances employees' understanding of iso but also better guarantees the quality of our company's products. That will make our company's production system more perfect.
The final summary: The feeling that the company has been in the company for more than two months is that the ultimate feeling on paper is shallow. I deeply feel that the knowledge I have learned and the knowledge I actually use are scarce. I know that I have contact with the knowledge of time. Knowing that it is so little, I really realized the meaning of endless learning. So I have to learn a lot of things in the future. I will learn more about their good work habits and their knowledge. That is what we must fulfill to fulfill our own requirements.
