Security management is not enough.

3. Need to improve in warehouse management and data management capabilities.
Improvement plan: In order to improve the management of materials, all warehouse materials should be executed according to <Warehouse Management Program> as much as possible to ensure that the planning department, purchasing department, production department and sales department can keep abreast of material inventory, k3 data and inventory. The daily report needs to be registered by a special person. Make sure to check and enter the relevant data before sending and leaving the warehouse to send and receive materials. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the data.
