First, the work side with the infinite ambiguity of life, I walked into the xxx Road Bridge Maintenance Co., Ltd. As early as the major three-point professional direction, the teacher said that the future development direction of the bridge project is the maintenance and reinforcement of the bridge. I am very happy to be able to use my professional knowledge in my work. With such a good platform, I have to learn from my seniors, constantly improve my business capabilities, and constantly improve myself.
In the three-month probationary work, on the one hand, I strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, not late, not premature, strict self-discipline, and consciously abide by the various work systems. On the other hand, we work hard, be proactive, and work hard. While completing the work of the supervisor, we actively assist other colleagues to carry out their work, and learn to be humbly in the process of work to improve their ability in all aspects.
When I was just working, I was not very familiar with the preparation of the report. However, under the careful guidance of the younger sisters and other seniors, they quickly became familiar with the preparation of the report. On the one hand are some requirements on the reporting format. I didn’t know how to change it before. Under the careful guidance of the predecessors, I have made great progress in the modification of the format. The other is the writing of the report content. In some reports, it is necessary to analyze the causes of diseases and prepare disposal suggestions. Before, I was not clear about this aspect, and my own thoughts did not know whether it was correct. After writing a project report, under the patient guidance of the predecessors and their continuous learning, now I have a deeper understanding of the general causes and treatment suggestions of bridge diseases.
For example, in the guidance of seniors and their own continuous learning, now I understand that there are many reasons for cracks in the bottom of the beam. The reasons for its occurrence can be roughly divided into the following categories:
Cracks caused by loads: Cracks generated by concrete bridges under conventional static, dynamic and secondary stresses are called load cracks. There are two types of direct stress cracks and secondary stress cracks.
Direct stress cracks are cracks caused by direct stress caused by external loads. The causes of cracks are: irrationality and omission in the design stage, improper construction methods in the construction phase, and overload and external impact during the use phase.
The secondary stress crack refers to the secondary stress caused by the external load to generate cracks. The causes of cracks are: under the design external load, the actual working state of the structure is different from the conventional calculation, and the calculation is not considered, which causes the secondary stress to cause cracking of the structure in some parts; The flow will produce a diffraction phenomenon that is dense near the holes, causing a large stress concentration and causing cracks. In actual engineering, secondary stress cracks are the most common cause of load cracks. The secondary stress cracks are mostly tensile, splitting and shearing properties.
