As early as the major three-point professional direction, the teacher said that the future development direction of the bridge project is the maintenance and reinforcement of the bridge. I am very happy to be able to use my professional knowledge in my work. With such a good platform, I have to learn from my seniors, constantly improve my business capabilities, and constantly improve myself.
In the three-month probationary work, on the one hand, I strictly abide by the company's rules and regulations, not late, not premature, strict self-discipline, and consciously abide by the various work systems. On the other hand, we work hard, be proactive, and work hard. While completing the work of the supervisor, we actively assist other colleagues to carry out their work, and learn to be humbly in the process of work to improve their ability in all aspects.
When I was just working, I was not very familiar with the preparation of the report. Cracks caused by loads: Cracks generated by concrete bridges under conventional static, dynamic and secondary stresses are called load cracks. There are two types of direct stress cracks and secondary stress cracks.
