First, the basic situation
Our bureau was founded in April 1981. It was called "XX County Judicial Bureau" when it was established. The office is located in the original compound of the XX County Government. After June 1991, XX withdrew from the county and changed its name to the city. As of December XX, the General Archives of the Office has a total of 12,285 volumes, including 178 volumes of 1,871 documents, 9,510 volumes of notarized files, 708 volumes of accounting files, 4 boxes of equipment files, 66 volumes of special carrier files, and 411 volumes of legal aid files. In addition, the file file transferred to the Municipal Archives has a total of 212 volumes, and the case file belongs to the year 1981-1995. There are 4 sets of search tools, namely full index directory, file directory, file number index, computer search.
