Through this competition, the overall combat level of the squadron has been improved, which has promoted the rapid growth of young players and laid the foundation for the fifth national mine rescue technology competition. However, because the squadron organizes less of such competitions, the mobilization work has not kept up in time, and the enthusiasm of the teams for the competition is not high, which also reflects many of the shortcomings of our daily work.
I. Negative thinking in training and competition
After the notice of the squadron's post contest was issued on August 26, the squads did not immediately get nervous and put them into the training work. Instead, the squadron leaders arranged what to do and did not arrange to study on their own. The squad team members are not the same, the overall quality is not the same, each team should be specially trained for the weaknesses of their squad, instead of following the trend, what others do, what I do, learning and training enthusiasm is not high.
Some of the comrades in the competition work hold me anyway. I can’t get a place. The individual project can be over and deducted. The collective project follows the attitude of everyone. This is an attitude that is extremely irresponsible to the individual and the collective. . Instead of using the competition as an opportunity to improve and learn, the competition was regarded as a burden and burden.
Second, the specific score analysis
1. Business theory results
After the squadron meeting and some comrades reflected, the squadron carried out reforms on the content of the theoretical assessment. The actual application of the questions was mainly based on the questions that should be learned. The changes in the questions were mainly based on the fact that the squadron had more players and back issues. It is more difficult, and it is more advantageous to them in the form of practical application questions. However, the results of the examination were very disappointing. The highest score of the squadron was 89.5 points and the lowest score was 0 points. More than half of the anti-wind lines and necessary knowledge appearing in the exam questions are correct, and the young players who are actually applying the questions are better than the old players. Explain that in our daily study, we have not really regarded the business theory knowledge as the necessary skills of each of our qualified ambulance members. The idea is still to stay wherever we can work, experience, and do not learn. Some people even ask for exemption from the exam on the grounds of low culture and illiteracy. This phenomenon of the squadron has already attracted the attention of the base. In terms of personnel cultural quality, especially the new recruiting new players must have improved their cultural quality, otherwise our future work will be filled.
2, physical items
Young players in the physique project played well, and basically they played their physical fitness at a super level. The old players improved slightly. However, for individual people, there has been no improvement from last year or even the year before, and even the most basic standards have not been reached. How can we train such people in the future? We can't let anyone go to the attitude of eating big pots today, affecting the enthusiasm of other people's training, dragging the collective hind legs, we can solve and can handle the hard work we do, we can't handle the report base processing, solve.
3. Instrument and equipment, technical operation items
This is also the basic technology that we often use in disaster relief work. Everyone should be 100% finished and have excellent performance, but the actual situation is not ideal. There are many people in the instrument operation project who have a single zero point phenomenon, which has a certain relationship with our usual training intensity and the strictness of the requirements. Since the training at the end of August, there have been problems with the equipment and technical operation of each team. However, the teams did not come up with a reasonable remedial measure and corrective opinions. Instead, they let them go. The phenomenon of losing points in this work is unforgivable. All comrades who fail to meet the standards must be punished according to the squadron evaluation system, and meet the standard requirements within a time limit. If they fail to reach the work, they will train themselves and the squadron will not attend the attendance.
4, actual combat project
In the actual combat competition, the three teams did not play the training level. The three teams had high foam and even exceeded the time. This is closely related to the psychological quality of the old players. The competition needs to be nervous and excited. It is counterproductive. Young players in training, can not only carry out a task training according to the regulations, but should comprehensively understand and master the process and technical requirements of the entire training program, scoring methods, our training is to practice in actual combat, we must know how to train The difference between the actual use and the actual use can not be painted according to the reeds, and the team should emphasize this point in the training.
5. Internal hygiene situation
The squadron's housekeeping inspection is going on every week. Every day, half an hour in the morning is the time for us to clean the house. However, there is still a hygienic failure in the inspection. The second team is even deducted 10 points. Our attitude towards this competition is thus visible. At the same time, the squadron also relaxed the level of requirements for health cleaning work, prompting everyone to relax their attention to internal health work. The internal affairs work is related to the image of our militarized management team. If we solve the problem badly, it will inevitably lead to other work also developing in this direction.
Third, our work priorities and directions in the future
Through this competition, we have improved our actual combat level and technical business capabilities. At the same time, we also reflected many shortcomings in our daily work. We should start from the following aspects and get the squadron work as soon as possible.
1. Carry out a variety of theoretical learning methods to improve your enthusiasm for learning. Conduct self-study case study on a small team basis, once a week, the squadron supervises and inspects, and carefully studies the business theory one hundred questions, and the two members who fail the assessment are subject to penalties other than evaluation;
2, increase the intensity of physical training, the old players must remain above the squadron standards, young players according to individual circumstances, the team to adjust, but the premise is only allowed to increase, not allowed to decline. For comrades with special physical conditions, special training plans should be formulated, and the deadline should be improved.
3. Operation of equipment and equipment. Comrades who have problems in the first “Mine Guardian Cup” job skill competition must meet the required standards within 2 weeks. The squadron will randomly check the squad within the scope of the squadron every month. The squad leader of the squad who is not qualified will write a written inspection and report the rectification plan.
4. Practical training. Due to financial problems, our actual combat training can only be carried out once or twice a year, but as long as we carry out once, we must achieve one effect, not one year after year, and no improvement. At the same time, we must increase the study and training of new technologies and new equipment. This requires that all of our commanders must have certain practical experience and cultural qualities. For projects where the cost of materials is not expensive, we must conduct regular training so that everyone is a commander and everyone is a combatant.
5. For other work, we must continue to carry out the work of militarization training, housekeeping, labor discipline, etc., as always, and timely summarize and correct problems arising in the work. The hardware facilities of the unit are not in place. We must overcome that our own quality is not in place. We must rely on our hard training, study hard, and earnestly sum up. We will welcome our next job competition with excellent results, excellent style and new attitude.
