The internship for more than a month has ended. This is unusual for more than a month, because there are trials, struggles, persistence, and loss...more rewards. The internship is also like a mirror. First, self-confidence has increased, and the guts have grown.

In this internship, in addition to officially preparing 3 Chinese classes, plus a theme class, I also went to more than 10 other classes. Only the fourth grade has not been visited, and other grades have been passed, involving English, morality, music, fine arts, and sports. Through such a real class, my confidence is strong, and my courage is great. I can calmly and naturally go to class and feel that I am like a teacher.

Second, I am familiar with the various aspects of preparing lessons and classes, and mastered some teaching techniques.

I am familiar with the basic steps of teaching through the Internet to find information, write instructional design, ask instructors, lectures, and lectures. From the after-school and the exchanges between the instructors and classmates, as well as self- reflection, I know that not only must I prepare my own lessons, but also prepare students for classes. This class practice made me understand that if I want to continue in class, I must first have good classroom discipline to protect. And let a group of small students listen to your class seriously and quietly, then the teacher must have a wonderful class and have passion. Third, the internship makes me understand that no matter what class you take over, the class leader should not be disappointed with his class, but believe that his students are OK, and give praise and encouragement at the right time, in order to promote the formation of a good class. wind.

In front of the whole class, more in front of other teachers, praise the merits of their class, which can stimulate students' self-motivation. They will redouble their efforts in order to do what the teacher said, and eventually the class will get better. I just started the internship for a few days, observed the class situation in our class, and felt that the discipline was not very good, so I came up with the idea that our class is a poor class. I tried to convert the original non-objective ideas, and I used my heart to discover the advantages of our class, and I firmly believe that our class is very good. This mentality allows me to look at the occasional confusion of students and their mistakes. At the same time, we will not forget to sincerely care about everyone and praise the achievements we have made together. Slowly, I think our class is very cute and very characteristic. I helped the class guide to train everyone's reading competition, and won the second prize of the senior grade in the whole school competition. I am very excited and very happy.

Fourth, the ability to grow a lot

Since the internship school assigned a few tasks to us, let us design and publish the five-window wall newspaper, so we work together, I also want to help cut the big characters, cut the pictures, and color. The workload is very large. From this job, my manual skills have improved. This is of great benefit to me as a teacher in the future.

I have brought some fresh experiences to the students. For example, the courseware has been carefully prepared for class. They feel that they like to watch it. In the physical education class, I played the scorpion with the students and taught them how to play in a circle. Everyone felt fresh and fun, and I felt that I was very good and understood a lot, so most of them respected me. I haven’t played for the big rope that they like to play, but they also have the courage to play with everyone. I never jumped to play a few times. The students felt that the teacher was very kind and gradually liked to play with me. After school, I also played pool games with students, deepening mutual understanding and enhancing feelings. At the end of the internship, many students gave me gifts and showed reluctance. On the morning when I was leaving school, two students came to my dormitory early to wait for me, just to give gifts to me. I am very touched and feel that I have gained the friendship of the students.

Let me talk about the shortcomings found in the internship.

First, lack of courage, do not dare to try and act boldly. At first, I didn’t dare to dare to grasp the students, and it seemed weak. Second, my lack of close contact with Chinese language classes.

I know that Chinese classes are most closely related to life. Language can only be vital if it is connected with life. However, when I was in class, I only talked about the content of the text and forgot all about the life. After the after-school reflection, I suddenly noticed that I regretted that I was so boring in class. By the time I prepare for the next lesson, I am conscious of linking the content of teaching to life. In this way, when I was in class, I fully mobilized the students' interest in thinking and speaking. They contacted the campus and the daily experience and feelings of daily life, and they were very interested. I have a relaxed language class, because I don't have to talk so much, I don't have to worry that the students are not interested in listening, and the students listened easily because they have something to say, and they feel that the Chinese class is so close to life, so vivid!

Therefore, I feel that in the language class, the teacher should know how to guide the students out of the textbook and into the life, so that they can come up with a good lesson.

Third, I don't trust students very much.

Do not trust them to have amazing ideas, do not believe that they have a strong ability to do the task of the teacher. So I have nothing to do, I always do it myself. Although I can get things done every time, I feel very hard. Think about it, it is because I don't trust the students, and I don't let the students help to complete the class. For example, in the class labor base, I can choose the people, and then I only need to assign their work, they will do it well. And I didn't have this, I had to work hard. From here, I understand that the important point of the class is to trust the students and assign some work to the students. In this way, the work can be done efficiently, and it is easy and more important to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students. It is to give the students a stage and the students will give you a surprise.
