Just like an animal hibernates, it is easy to fall into an unconscious state. There is no righteous thoughts, no merits, and no repair can bring wisdom growth for a long time.

Because this state is unconscious and chaotic, so when you don't remember, you don't know what's going on around you, someone talks to you, you don't know, someone beats you hard, you will be scared. . This is because you lack the "brightness" in the mind, a clear sense of consciousness. At this time, it is necessary to raise a sense of vigilance in the absence of thoughts, that is, to "stop watching the dual transport." For example, good knowledge will tell you: pay attention, listen to a bird song in the distance. This is not to let you know that there are birds in the distance, but to be alert when you feel it.
