If my life is going well, I may not have the current results. I may be farming in the country. Or maybe I can open a small shop in the town, or in the county? But in order to bully me, they deliberately left me alone. Often, I didn't screw it in half, and the hanging arm of the driving car would rise automatically. On several occasions, I put my arm in it and hang it up with me.
But I gritted my teeth and refused to accept it. I don't believe it, I can't finish it. Therefore, every day, when I go to work, I watched the daytime chasing after running. When I was not alive, everyone else went to rest. I stood under the driving arm and practiced how to get on and off. Even, dreaming at night, I have two hands and claws, constantly screwing, upper and lower pieces. I painted each step of the operation on paper, disassembled it, and changed it from one-handed work to two-handed work. After the improvement, I can complete the action of 32 screws in the ten seconds of walking in the air and the arm is stopped. I can unscrew the other 32 screws and remove the pendant in 20 seconds. On the new pendant, it takes about 20 seconds, and the 64 screws are screwed in both hands, exactly twenty seconds. One person who broke the record can complete the tightening of 64 screws in 60 seconds, hanging up and down!
I was so excited when I was able to do it for the first time. The whole day is under the arm, others want to intervene, there is no door. I kept on going up and down, and I enjoyed myself. Several colleagues had to stand on the side and watch me perform. It was just that the general manager passed by and was shocked and stunned. Since then, I have remembered me. And I have since become "a fame". Since then, no one dared to make fun of me.
Later, I had the opportunity to do new jobs, and I had new difficulties and hardships, but I felt that I was living on the side of the grave, or that I was much simpler and up to 60 seconds. I still remember that the quality manager transferred me to the quality department, I was statistically self-determined, and the first one calculated the upper and lower control limits and centerline of the SPC. The process manager seconded me to help track the product. I measured the moving distance of the product from feeding to production step by step. I used the stopwatch to calculate the processing time, residence time, quantity inspection time, quality inspection time of the product, and at least found the product. More than a dozen routes in the circulation and unreasonable process settings. These things that may have been easy for others to do, for me, every step, are great progress.
I have never had a lofty goal. But the self began to grow up into a self-reliant person from the prodigal son, and I finally learned to work hard. Since then, I have not given up the opportunity to learn and grow. Even when there is no chance, in the face of monotonous and boring work, I am running thin ice every day, I try to do the things of my own size. I keep telling myself that I can do better and better. In this way, over time, I slowly grew from an employee to a team leader, engineer, supervisor, and manager. Until one day, someone told me: Xiao Li, I am missing a factory manager, do you think about it?
Someone once saw that I had a little grade and asked me: How did you grow up? What kind of experience? To be honest, I don't. But if you have to sum up, I think: It is the difficulties and setbacks that have been made, so that I can appreciate the opportunity. It is a happy thing to have a job that can support the family and maintain dignity. What reason do we not do it well?
