Yu Minhong: Can a person's life be as magnificent as the sea?

Yu Minhong: Can a person's life be as magnificent as the sea?

I was born on the edge of the Yangtze River. Because I was born with water, I have a natural feeling for water. When I was young, standing on the edge of the Yangtze River, I thought there was nowhere in the world where there was more water than the Yangtze River.
The first time I saw the sea, I was about eight years old, and I took a boat from my hometown to Shanghai. When the boat drove outside Wusongkou, it was just dawning at dawn. I stood on the deck and looked at the vast waters. It was boundless and shocking. My mother told me that this is the sea. From then on, in my heart, there is boundlessness and Hailian. When I grew up, I realized that in fact, we didn't go to the sea that time, but we went to the mouth of the Yangtze River and the place where the sea meets.
Really seeing the sea, after going to college. In the third year of my junior year, I had a whimsy. I rode from Beijing to Beidaihe and saw the blue sea under the blue sky and white clouds. The joyful mood cannot be forgotten today. At that time, the fish in Beidaihe could still see the fish, and the shore could still catch the live crab. At that time, the ocean had not been destroyed and overexploited, jumping off the sea, blue clear water surrounded you. Because I left a good impression, I went to Beidaihe several times, but found that the water quality is getting worse. One year I went swimming in the sea. When I came ashore, I found that my body was actually stuck with a lot of black oil, and I no longer went to Beidaihe.
When the weather is fine, the sea in the sun is calm and charming, but as long as it is a person who loves the sea, you must understand or appreciate the fierce side of the sea. The first time I experienced the greatness of the sea, I took a boat from Tianjin to Yantai 20 years ago. It was a not too big passenger and cargo mixed ship, it looked very old and rusty. The ship sailed in the dark, and it was still calm at first. I didn't expect to encounter wind and waves in the middle of the night. The boat was beaten up in the huge waves, leaning left and right, bumping for a whole night. Sitting in the boat, I feel that it is possible to be swallowed by the sea at any time. When I finally arrived in Yantai in panic, I felt like I was born again.
I am a person who likes to swim. When I get to the beach, I will definitely go swimming in the sea, and I really like to swim farther away from the shore. Swimming in the sea, the mood is very comfortable, will involuntarily produce a "confident life for two hundred years, will be a water hit three thousand miles" pride. According to records, when Mao Zedong was working in Beidaihe, suddenly one night the wind was overwhelming, and the black waves were raging. Mao Zedong’s current opponent waved and said: Go swimming! No one can stop it. Every time I hear this story, I imagine the heroic fight against the big waves. I remember once I was swimming at the seaside in Xiamen. I was getting farther and farther away in the big waves. As a result, my physical strength was exhausted and I almost didn't swim back to the shore. From then on, I was a little more awe.
Because of the love of the sea, I will not miss the opportunity to go to the beach. In China, I have been to most of the coastal cities from Dalian to Hainan Island. Sometimes when I encounter pain and frustration in my work or life, going to the sea is my first choice. Every time I look at the sea and hear the waves, I feel that my heart is swept away. French literary Hugo said: "The world's widest is the ocean. The sky is wider than the ocean. The wider than the sky is the human mind." China also has a poem that "it used to make the sea difficult for water." I think that the world is vicissitudes, life is ups and downs. Each of us is a ship in the sea. We need to grasp the direction, avoid the shoal and reef, and keep moving forward to reach the ideal shore, so that our life can be as magnificent as the sea.
In the poems related to the sea, I like Haizi's "facing the sea, spring blossoms": "From tomorrow, be a happy person / feeding horses, chopping wood, traveling around the world / from tomorrow, care about food and vegetables / I have a house, facing the sea, spring blossoms / from tomorrow, communicate with every loved one / tell them my happiness / that happy lightning tells me / I will tell everyone / give each river every one Take a warm name in the mountains... I hope you will be happy in the world! I only want to face the sea, spring blossoms.” Haizi is a poet of my contemporaries. From his pen name “Hai Zi”, he can see that he is against the sea. Attachment. It is a pity that he still did not understand the meaning of the sea. In the days of spring blossoms, he had his own life. In fact, the most closely related to the sea should not be spring blossoms. If facing the sea is your choice, then the stormy waves and storms are the facts that life should face.

The ocean has given us life, gave us greatness, gave us our feelings, gave us poetry, and provided us with a steady stream of resources and food. Maybe we have different life ideals, but we can have a common desire, that is, we must look at the sea at least once in our lives. The sea is the longing for life and the sustenance of life. Let us love the ocean as much as we love life.
