Shenzhen legislation protects the courage: savers are no longer afraid of being framed

According to the official website of the Shenzhen Municipal Government, the 23rd meeting of the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress recently passed an innovative regulation, the “Provisions on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Rescuers in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone”. The "Regulations" clarify that if the rescued person believes that personal injury is caused by the rescuer, evidence should be provided to prove it. If there is no evidence or insufficient evidence, the rescued person will bear the adverse consequences.

It is understood that the "Provisions on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Rescuers in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone" is the first special legislation in China to protect the rescuers. According to this regulation, "Live Lei Feng" as long as it fulfills its duty of care, it is not responsible for the consequences of unsuccessful rescue.
