Inspirational Outdoor Sutu Small Game: "Connecting Together"
Tie together
Time : 10 to 15 minutes
Number of people : If the time permits, you can limit the number of people. Usually, there are no more than 24 people in each group.
Props:
Overview : This game can break the ice of interpersonal interaction, cultivate team spirit, and make the group energetic.
Purpose :
1. Make the group vibrant.
2. Let everyone move and laugh.
3. Enhance teamwork.
ready:
step:
1. Let the players close together in a circle.
2. Let everyone raise their left hand and the right hand to the center of the circle. After each player has placed this position, let them grab the companion's right hand with their left hand. Once caught, it is not allowed to loosen.
3. Now let everyone untie themselves from the "chain" without letting go. After unraveling, you still have to keep everyone standing in a circle, no matter which direction you are facing. Sometimes this happens, everyone has untied themselves, but they have formed a few small circles instead of still keeping the original big circle. If you don't want this to happen, you can do a closed loop test after completing step 2. Feel free to pick a person in the circle and let him pinch the companion's left hand with his right hand; the left-handed person then uses his right hand to pinch a friend's left hand; this continues until the "handle signal" returns The first hand of the first person. If the knob signal does not come back, you will need to start over. You can decide whether you need a closed loop test based on the actual situation.
Example of a discussion question:
What difficulties have you encountered and how have you overcome these difficulties?
What is the mission of everyone?
How to link this game to our actual work?
Safety: Tell the players that when they feel that they are being pulled and twisted, they can temporarily release their teammates' hands, but they must adjust their postures as soon as possible and recapture their teammates' hands.
If the team members' physical flexibility is not good, they can appropriately lower the requirements and tell them that they only need to keep their hands in contact during the game. It is not necessary to hold the teammate's hand tightly. This avoids various distortions caused by the inability of the hand to rotate freely.
Workaround: Cover the eyes of all or half of the players.
