Performance Specialist Job Responsibilities


Part 1: Performance responsibilities

1 Assist the manager to formulate and revise the company's performance appraisal system, advanced selection plan, and supervise relevant personnel to perform

2 Assist in the construction and improvement of the performance appraisal system and standardize the performance management processes

3 Collect performance appraisal indicators for each department and make performance appraisal tables for each position

4 Regularly organize and assist all departments to implement performance appraisal work, do a good job in the organization of work plans, summaries and job descriptions, and report the progress of performance appraisal to all department managers in a timely manner.

5 Assist relevant departments/units in the assessment of the probationary period personnel

6Collect, count, and archive performance appraisal data, establish employee performance appraisal files, and provide basic data and basis for performance payroll accounting

7 Responsible for the process of performance appraisal tracking and feedback, assisting the managers of various departments to do the evaluation of the employees during the probationary period and the employees in the probationary period.

8 Responsible for the vertical transfer of performance appraisal results and employee opinion collection

9 Assisting the performance appraisal committee in daily work, assisting the committee in handling complaints, reconsideration applications and related follow-up work

10 Do a good job in annual performance appraisal, combined with daily performance appraisal results, do a good job in the final evaluation of employees' annual performance, organize annual advanced selection activities, and award relevant titles and other related work.

11 Complete other temporary work assigned by superiors


Part 2: Performance Commissioner Job Responsibilities

1. Under the leadership of the general manager, comprehensively lead the daily work of the company's appraisal office, formulate plans and carefully organize the implementation of the company's annual business objectives and tasks;

2. Responsible for supervising and assessing the implementation of various rules and regulations of the company;

3. Responsible for tracking and supervising the progress of various work arranged by the company to various departments, and assessing the results;

4. Responsible for the supervision and assessment of the company's safe and civilized production;
