Part 1: Duties of Municipal Engineers

Familiar with contract terms, construction drawings and relevant construction specifications and engineering quantity lists, often go deep into the construction site, check and supervise the progress, investment and quality, comprehensively control the problems arising during construction, promptly put forward handling opinions, and issue supervision notices when necessary. ;
Inspect the construction organization design, construction plan, and construction progress plan prepared by the construction unit, and submit review opinions for the Director's approval, and regularly check and supervise the implementation of the plan;
According to the relevant regulations and regulations, the design changes, engineering measurement, extension of construction period, and claims, etc., are submitted for the Director's approval;
Organize and lead the on-site supervisor to carry out the work, and fill in the supervision work diary in a serious and timely manner;
Collect information, prepare supervisory rules and submit it to the director for review;
Assist in the measurement supervision engineer and do the measurement and stakeout work. Supervise the construction personnel to do the protection work of various measurement punctuation so as not to be damaged;
Responsible for the quality control of the professional materials and site test supervision work, do a good job in the quality control of engineering materials and finished products, semi-finished products, and guide the materials sampling witnesses, do a good job in the inspection and sampling of raw materials quality, timely review and evaluation of test reports , confirm according to the specifications;
Complete other work that the director temporarily handed over.
