Employees are required to take leave (business trip) management measures
Chapter I General Provisions
Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of daily attendance of employees, establish a good office order, and improve work efficiency, these measures are formulated in accordance with the relevant national holidays.
Article 2 The holidays referred to in these Measures do not include the national annual festival, commemoration day and public holiday.
Article 3 These Measures shall apply to all employees of the Stock Exchange.
Article 4 All departments shall establish and improve the attendance registration system, strictly manage attendance management, and ensure that employees' leave management is objective and fair.
Article 5 All employees must strictly abide by these Measures, attend to work on time and earnestly perform their duties.
Chapter II Holidays
Article 6 The employees of the Institute shall enjoy vacations such as vacation, marriage leave, maternity leave, funeral leave, family leave, sick leave and leave as required.
Article 7 is on vacation. Arrange for employee leave on the premise of completing work and production tasks without any additional staff.
Class-level leaders or employees with senior professional and technical positions or who have worked for 25 years in the year may take 14 days off each year; employees at the department level or with intermediate professional and technical positions, or working for 15 years and less than 25 years, may take annual leave 12 days; other employees can take 10 days off each year.
Holidays on vacation do not include statutory holidays and Sundays.
Vacation holidays are generally not used across the year. It is true that due to special circumstances or work needs, it must be approved by the personnel and labor department, and the approval of the leader of the newspaper can be delayed until the next year, but no further delay.
Employees who enjoy family leave can use the vacation and family leave together.
If there are more than 20 days of leave in the current year or more than 30 days of sick leave, or if the rest time exceeds the vacation leave due to other reasons such as recuperation, recuperation, etc., no vacation will be arranged.
For employees transferred from units that have not implemented the vacation system, those who are transferred in the first half of the year can enjoy vacations in the same year. If they are transferred in the second half of the year, they will enjoy vacations from the second year; those who are transferred from the resort system, such as this year. If you have been on vacation, you are no longer on vacation, and if you are not on vacation, you can arrange a vacation.
Article 8: Marriage leave. Marriage leave for 3 days, for both men and women to marry late, the holiday is extended for 14 days; if the two parties do not work in the same area, they can give a trip according to the distance.
Article 9 maternity leave. Female workers have a normal maternity leave of 90 days. In the case of late-schooling of the woman, in addition to the maternity leave prescribed by the state, the maternity leave is increased for 60 days, and the man’s 7-day nursing leave is given. Dystocia, increase maternity leave for 15 days. For multiple births, each additional birth of a baby increases maternity leave for 15 days.
If a female worker is pregnant with a miscarriage, she shall be given maternity leave as appropriate. If you have a miscarriage less than 4 months of pregnancy, you will be given maternity leave for 15 days to 30 days. If you have abortion after 4 months of pregnancy, give 42 days of maternity leave.
Article 10 is a funeral leave. When the immediate family members of the employee die, they will be given three days of funeral leave. When the immediate family members of the field dies, they need to go to the local cuisine to make fun of the funeral.
Article 11 Visiting relatives. Officials of the firm who have worked for one year, parents or spouses are not in Qingdao, and are unable to reunite during the vacation. From the next year, they can enjoy family leave as required:
If a worker visits a spouse, he or she will be given a family leave once a year for 30 days.
Unmarried employees visit their parents and give home leave once a year. The holiday is 20 days. If the work is needed, the unit cannot give the holiday in the same year, or the employee volunteers to visit the family twice for two years, and the holiday is 45 days.
Married employees who visit their parents are given a holiday every four years for a holiday of 20 days.
Employees who enjoy vacations during the year should visit relatives during the vacation. If the time is not enough, they can make up for it.
Students who have studied abroad for more than three years and have studied abroad for more than one year after marriage may apply for a trip abroad for 3 months. If the special circumstances are approved for extension, they shall not exceed 6 months. For non-public, the relatives' leave shall not exceed one month, and the approval of the extension shall not exceed three months.
The family visit holiday refers to the time when the employee is reunited with the spouse and parents, including holidays and statutory holidays, and the travel leave is given according to actual needs.
Article 12 is for private departure. The on-the-job employees who leave the country for private purposes shall not exceed the holiday for 15 days.
Article 13 sick leave. If an employee needs to stop working for treatment or recuperation due to illness or injury, he or she shall be diagnosed by a medical institution at a designated medical institution and shall take sick leave according to the sick leave issued.
Article 14 leave. If the employee needs to use the working hours for personal matters, he will give a certain time for leave. The annual leave must not exceed 10 days. If you have not taken a vacation in the past, you should take a vacation first and then ask for leave.
Article 15 Travel. If a worker is on a business trip, he or she may not be excused for an unreasonable extension of the business trip, except for illness or accident, or if it is necessary to take time off or extend the time due to work.
Chapter 3, please take a vacation program
Article 16: Employees who are unable to go to work due to vacation, maternity leave, maternity leave, funeral leave, family leave, sick leave, leave, business trip, etc., should apply for leave in advance according to the prescribed procedures. If it cannot be handled in advance due to special circumstances, it shall be reissued in time within three days after the event.
Article 17: Basic procedures for employees to take leave:
I fill out the "Please Leave a Leave Approval Form";
According to the cadre management permission, report to the supervisor for approval;
The approved "please leave approval form" is filed by the Personnel and Labor and Capital Department, and the department where the employee is located is filed;
The department where the employee is located fills in the "Attendance Summary Form" on a monthly basis and reports to the Personnel and Labor Department for the record.
Article 18: Workers are required to take leave approval permission:
Workers’ leave and family visits shall be subject to approval by the department, the personnel and labor department, and the competent leaders.
Marriage leave and maternity leave must be signed by the department head and approved by the family planning committee.
The bereavement leave is approved by the department where the employee is located.
Employees are required to take sick leave, and they should hold a certificate of sick leave issued by a designated medical institution. The staff of the department shall be examined and approved by the department; the person in charge of the department shall be examined and approved by the competent leader.
Employees are required to leave the leave, and the department's employees shall be examined and approved by the department for more than 3 days. After more than 4 days, the department's leaders shall approve the approval of the department's leaders after 3 days or more; the department heads shall report to the supervisor for approval for 3 days or less, and report to the director for approval for more than 4 days.
When employees are on a business trip, the departmental staff shall be examined and approved by the department themselves, and the department heads shall be examined and approved by the supervisor.
Article 19 After the employee has completed the holiday, he/she must return to work on time and go to work on time, and go through the formalities of sales and leave in accordance with the original approval procedure, otherwise it will be calculated according to the completion.
Chapter IV Attendance and Results Applicable
Article 20 Attendance includes vacation, marriage leave, maternity leave, funeral leave, family leave, sick leave, leave, etc. All departments shall summarize and announce the attendance results and reasons before the 20th of each month, and report the results to the Personnel and Labor Department.
Article 21 The results of attendance will be used as one of the basis for annual assessment, reward and punishment, dismissal and adjustment of duties, grades and wages.
Article 22: Employees are requested to take leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, funeral leave, and family leave as follows:
The salary of the post during the vacation, marriage leave, maternity leave, funeral leave, and family leave is not paid, and the basic salary and performance salary are issued.
During the family leave and the vacation leave, the employee's visit to the spouse and unmarried workers to visit the parents' round-trip tolls shall be borne by the unit. Married workers visit their parents’ round-trip fares,
If my monthly standard salary is less than 30%, I will take care of myself and the excess will be borne by the unit. The round-trip tolls during marriage and funeral leave and during the vacation leave are all carried out by the employees themselves.
Article 23: Employees are requested to take sick leave and leave as follows:
If the sick leave is within 2 months, the basic salary will be paid.
If the sick leave is more than 2 months, from the third month onwards, if the work is over XX years, the basic salary will be paid; if the work is less than XX years, 90% of the basic salary will be paid.
If the sick leave is more than 6 months, from the 7th month onwards, if the work is less than XX years, 70% of the basic salary will be paid; if the work is over XX years, 80% of the basic salary will be paid.
If the people's government of the province, municipality, autonomous region, and various departments of the autonomous region grant the title of model worker or advanced worker, and still maintain the honor, they are not subject to the above-mentioned restrictions, and the basic salary during the sick leave period is issued.
Leave can be deducted from vacation time. If the vacation time is exceeded, the average basic salary of one day of the month will be deducted.
If the salary of the employee during the sick leave is not paid, if the sick leave exceeds 3 months or the leave exceeds 10 days, the performance salary will be deducted according to the excess time.
Article 24 The employee's absenteeism shall be handled as follows:
The employees are absent from work, and the basic salary is deducted on the working day, and the salary and performance salary are deducted as appropriate.
If you finish 2 days in a year or accumulate 4 days or less, you will be deducted for 1 month salary and 2 months performance salary.
If you have completed 3 days of continuous completion or 5 days of completion in one year, you will be deducted for 2 months of salary and 4 months of performance salary. The annual assessment cannot be rated as excellent; if you finish 4 days in a year or 6 days of completion, you will be deducted 3 Monthly salary and 8 months performance salary, annual assessment is not equal; if the project is completed more than 5 days in a year or more than 7 days of completion, the 6-month salary and annual performance salary will be deducted, and the annual assessment will be unqualified.
If the work is completed within one year or if there is no justifiable reason for overdue for more than 10 consecutive days, or if it accumulates more than 15 days in a year, no salary and performance salary will be paid, and the dismissal will be given.
Article 25 Staff members who are late or leave early shall be dealt with according to the following provisions:
If you arrive late or leave early for more than 1 hour and do not exceed 2 hours, you will be treated for half a day. If you arrive late or leave early for 2 hours or more and do not exceed 3 hours, you will be treated for half a day. Late arrival and early departure time can be used as leave and absenteeism.
Article 26 Each department shall determine one employee as an attendance officer and report it to the Personnel and Labor Department for the record. The attendance and responsible persons of each department are responsible for the attendance results reported, and the attendance responsibility is included in the daily supervision and annual assessment.
Article 27 Staff attendance meets the requirements, and the monthly assessment is qualified, and all wages and salaries may be honored according to regulations.
Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
Article 28 If various holidays are in place in various holidays, they shall be implemented in accordance with the new regulations.
Article 29 These regulations shall be interpreted by the Personnel and Labor Department.
Article 30 These Provisions shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation. If the relevant provisions in the past are inconsistent with these Measures, these Measures shall prevail.
