Driven by the rapid growth of the national economy, China's energy demand has grown rapidly, energy consumption has continued to rise, while energy use efficiency is low, and because China's current economic development is in the stage of industrialization and urbanization, some high consumption. The over-development of the industry and the lack of attention to energy conservation and the low level of technology have led to different levels of energy tension in some areas. Therefore, the issue of energy conservation cannot be delayed. Beijing is the political, economic, and cultural center of China. At the same time, Beijing is the city with the most universities in China, and it is also the center of China's top universities. It is the center of various national educational research institutions and the center of China's foreign education exchange. Nearly 100 colleges and universities in Beijing cover a total area of tens of thousands of mu, with a construction area of nearly 100 million square meters. The total number of teachers and students in colleges and universities is about one million. At the same time, the annual energy consumption of so many colleges and universities is also huge. At the same time, college teachers and students have a strong environmental protection concept, a good awareness of energy conservation, and great potential for energy conservation. At the same time, the development of campus energy-saving projects in Beijing universities has important social effects, which can influence more social forces to join the ranks of energy conservation. Therefore, campus energy conservation projects are of great significance. Project Objective: Reduce the energy consumption of all participating universities by 20% by 2020. The purpose of the project: Under the premise of not reducing the quality of life, by establishing a correct concept of energy conservation, and adopting effective energy-saving methods and energy-saving technologies, the energy consumption of colleges and universities will be reduced. Project time: XX~2020 Project scope: Beijing University project content: Through the investigation of the energy consumption of the campus, the energy consumption data of the campus is obtained and submitted to the professional team for systematic scientific analysis to obtain energy saving potential. And the specific implementation methods, the plan is submitted to the relevant departments of the school to develop a practical implementation plan in the school, the university environmental protection group and the school department jointly carry out the implementation, the project implementation is carried out in a phase, the energy consumption data at this time and The last time the data was compared and analyzed, the effectiveness of the project implementation was evaluated, and the second-phase implementation plan was formulated, and the cycle was repeated until the project goal was reached. Project Process: Operation mode of the project: Run the project in the pre-test of the pilot school. If the operation is successful, promote its implementation to the universities in Beijing and seek new schools to join the project. For the new schools joining the project, the project team will send members to guide the project development, while sharing existing technology, manpower, resources and so on. When the schools participating in the project are on the 5th, establish a team composed of members of the school to share all the resources of the project, establish a regular communication mechanism, form a project linkage mechanism, jointly develop the phased goals, and jointly implement the activities. Specific implementation methods: 1. Conduct a survey on the energy consumption situation in the school and obtain a report on campus energy consumption. 2. Conduct consultations with professionals and organizations to analyze energy saving potential. 3. Formulate specific implementation plans for energy conservation. 4. Promote awareness campaigns on energy conservation awareness and energy conservation programs on campus. 5. Communicate with relevant departments of the school according to the energy conservation plan and jointly implement the energy conservation plan. 6. Implement an energy saving plan. 7. Conduct a survey on the energy consumption of the campus again, compare it with the previous data, and analyze and improve the project itself based on feedback. Project pilot school: China University of Mining and Technology China University of Mining and Technology is a national key university with mining characteristics, mainly engineering, and a combination of science, engineering, culture and management. The national “211 Project” is a key university. First, the school is located in College Road, Haidian District, where the university is located in Beijing. The school covers an area of 240,000 square meters and has a total construction area of 320,000 square meters. The school has more than 8,500 students, including more than 3,300 graduate students and more than 4,600 undergraduates. The learning and research direction of our teachers and students are closely related to energy, and we have a good understanding of China's energy shortage. We have a strong awareness of energy saving and consumption, and have the advantage of carrying out campus energy conservation projects in advance. Therefore, we took the lead in selecting China University of Mining and Technology as a pilot base for the project.
