Dormitory culture is the foundation of campus culture, the “source” and “digestive land” of campus culture. In particular, according to the survey, the dormitory has occupied one-third of the living space of college students, and 1/2 of the living time has become the most important and basic place for college students to live, study and rest. Strengthening the healthy and ideological and cultural construction of the dormitory, optimizing the environment for educating people, and promoting the growth of college students and the construction of campus culture are the current needs.

In order to strengthen the civilized and sanitary construction of student residences, and advocate an active and healthy dormitory culture and a harmonious and harmonious learning environment, the Department of Student Affairs of the Student Union, in line with the principle of serving the students, has developed the following series with colorful activities as the carrier. Work plan:

First of all, do a good job of regular work and do your duty. This work is done by the discipline inspection team of this department. The discipline inspection team conducts daily health inspections in the districts a, b, and e of the Wen students' living quarters. The average monthly inspection is 3 to 4 times in the a area, and the b and e areas have 2 to 3 internal inspections. The results of the spot check were posted in the form of posters, and the outstanding dormitory was praised and the unqualified dormitory was used as the key target of the next spot check to urge all students in the department to do a good job in indoor hygiene.

Secondly, enrich the publicity content of the campus bulletin board and perceive life. The propaganda team is responsible for the design and update of the black version of the monthly newsletter. Two posters are produced in the a and b areas, and a poster is displayed in the e-zone. The content of the newspaper should closely grasp the psychology of the university students and publish the society that the college students care about. Life, medical health and other content; and in parallel with the discipline inspection team, published the results of the regional inspections in the newspaper.

Finally, create a spiritual home and enrich the campus cultural life. The editorial team is solely responsible for publishing a comprehensive briefing on the exchange of information about college students' life. Spread university life, class excellent articles, employment information, news and other content, so that students' lives are more advancing with the times and rich and colorful.

The accommodation culture is an important part of the campus culture. Strengthening the management of the dormitory can maximize the life of the students, understand the needs of the students, and reflect the students' voices. Therefore, all members of our board and management department should be enthusiastic, hardworking and responsible for every job.

Our goal is to clarify our work ideas and improve our management. Under the guidance of the Students' Union, our department should optimize its own institutions according to its own characteristics, and work together to make the operation of the Department of Management more standardized and efficient.

Our aim is to "from the students, to the students, to serve the students wholeheartedly", is willing to build a warm home with a university with a sincerity, responsibility and unlimited service.
