2019 Japanese Language Association Activity Plan Book

The Japanese Association was established on March 8, XX, and is a learning association. The association began recruiting in September XX and was renamed the College of Japanese Language Association.

The purpose of the association is to "teachers and techniques to control the economy". We adhere to the purpose of the association, create a Japanese learning atmosphere, and create a platform for Zhongkai students to learn and communicate in Japanese. Let Zhongyuan students learn the second foreign language in their spare time and enhance their social competitiveness. The Association will organize a variety of special events, regularly distribute Japanese learning materials and equipped with listening materials, so that members can really learn Japanese. The association will also hold Japanese language lectures from time to time, visit Japanese-funded enterprises, broadcast Japanese movies, and use online resources to provide members with a platform for information exchange and learning exchange.

Looking back over the past year, the association has more or less experience with the shortcomings, and the shortcomings that have been avoided. But at the same time, there are also many innovations. In the new year, the Japanese Language Association of College Students will continue to uphold the purpose of the Association and continue to provide more opportunities for students to learn and communicate through various activities.

One. Regular activities:

1. Recruit new members, officers

The recruitment in October has injected new impetus into the association. At the same time as recruiting new members, the association held a new photo exhibition to help students learn more about the Japanese Association.

2, the General Assembly

The General Assembly is a way to communicate effectively with a wide range of members. It also enables members to have a more direct understanding of the Association. Therefore, the General Assembly is very important. We usually notice the interaction with members and listen to their opinions during the event.

3. The officer holds a regular meeting every two weeks.

Improve the organization, division of labor, and internal management quality, so that the internal construction of the association will be continuously improved and developed.

4. Japanese Corner

The Japanese Corner is held in Room 404 of the Teaching Building every Thursday afternoon. We will invite our brothers and sisters with Japanese professional knowledge to teach members to get started in Japanese and explain common Japanese and essays. Members can ask the teacher and sister for learning methods, exchange Japanese, and exchange ideas.

5. Japanese Culture Theatre

To provide members and more students with an opportunity to learn about Japanese culture, the association chose a different culture about Japanese to be broadcast on Sunday.

Provide opportunities for Japanese members to communicate and understand;

2. Japanese language lectures, introducing Japanese elements to members

Students who have a certain understanding of Japanese in the school or people in the society will educate their students in Japanese, so that students can learn Japanese language in the help of teachers.

3. Japanese foreign company visits
