Basic requirements for writing a proposal



Meaning and function
A proposal is a style used by individuals or organizations to present their opinions to leaders, collectives, or others, and to use some kind of positive and beneficial claims or suggestions, sometimes called submissions.
Recommendations and proposals are different. Although there are suggestions in the proposal, it is generally facing the people, with a certain call-to-action and broad publicity. The proposal is mainly a positive proposal put forward by the individual to the organization or the lower level, and it is hoped that the organization or the superior will adopt it. .
The proposal is an important means for the people to put forward their own ideas to the leaders, and is an important channel for communicating the relationship between the party, the group, and the subordinates.

Writing
The form of the proposal is varied and there is no fixed uniform format. In general, the proposal consists of the following parts:
1. title. The title can be written "recommended" or "suggested" or not.
2. title. The title is the beginning of the proposal, and the top name is the name of the party accepting the proposal. The format is the same as the general letter.
3. text. Suggested reason or suggested starting point. Write this out so that the party accepting the proposal can contact the actual situation, consider the feasibility and value of the proposal; and the specifics of the proposal. According to the content, it is decided whether to list them separately. The content should be specific so that the recipient can consider whether to adopt it or not, as long as he expresses his or her wishes.
4. end. The conclusion is written in words of respect or slang. The name and date of the proposal are written on the name of the proposer or unit. The date is written in the line below the signature.

Precautions
To be serious and responsible, we must proceed from reality and seek truth from facts. Write recommendations based on specific issues, actual needs and possible conditions.
