Meeting activities should adapt to different tastes

Meetings typically involve one or several special events for participants and their accompanying family members. The special event may be a project organized by the family of the participants at the time the meeting is being held, or an event attended by participants and their families specially arranged during the meeting.
Understand the identity of the participants:
Before you arrange an event for attendees, you need to understand their identity background. Are they the same as last year's attendees? Can new participants this year arrange for their previous successful events?
If the participants are still a group of people last year, then the event does not have to be bigger or better than last year, but it must be different from last year's activities.
Since the participants in different conferences have different personality traits, the main responsibility here is that the activities you plan to do are suitable for the taste of the participants.
Special events that can be arranged during the conference include: sightseeing tours, banquets, boat trips, local opera, appreciation of folk song and dance performances, fishing, water sports, seaside evenings, dinners, theme evenings, and participation in local traditional festivals.
