5. Seat table sign-in method The meeting staff will make a seat table in advance according to the meeting model. Each seat on the seat table will be filled with the appropriate participant name and seat number as required. When the person attending the meeting arrives at the meeting, he will cancel the number on the seat table and indicate attendance. For the printing of the sub-tables, there are certain rules for the seating arrangements of the participants.
