This requires you to have a keen grasp of the surrounding political and economic environment. This is especially true for people who have more dealings with the government, state-owned enterprises or units in these two areas.
3. Have the same mentality as a male teacher, and have a healthy body like a bear. Planning is a combination of high brain power and physical strength. Without these two things, you are all white. There is no way to go through the planning work, it requires constant innovation, and it requires a spirit of constant innovation. So often it takes more time and energy, is the body the capital of the revolution? In the above two cases, the case you have made can only be an "academic case."
4. Never think about problems like an expert, it will make your planning in execution, often unrealistic. Such a planning case is a truly ruthless plan. And you can completely conquer the client's heart.
5. Always respect the opinions of the customers we serve. They are in the real market, on the front line, on the edge of life or death. They have more say. Sometimes you think your plan is in place, but the actual situation is often not.
6. Don't want to do a single plan in one step, and constant correction is the way to shape. Therefore, in our team, we often ask each other for comments and supplements.
7. A never-ending learning heart, doing the axiom of anything. The industries that we plan to encounter are diverse. We want to do a good job of planning. We must maintain a never-ending learning heart. This will continue to enrich our knowledge and facilitate communication and communication with customers. But you also need to be clear. You don't expect yourself to exceed your customers in the industry, but you must do it in meeting planning, and you must do it well.
