Office appliances, health desks, fluorescent lamps, sofa towels, fans, towels, washbasins, coffee tables, telephones, teacups, ashtrays, basins, thermos, etc. are clean, no dust, no stains, no fly, no rust. 1 point for each deduction.
Indoor glass doors and windows sanitary glass doors and windows must be clear, if found dust, stains, dirt, water stains, 1 deduction per fan.
The archives of the data archives are neatly arranged, with clear categories, no water immersion, and insect rot; newspapers are on the shelves at any time, and are neat and beautiful. If you fail to meet the requirements, you will receive 1 point for each item.
There are no dust, traces, water stains, dirt, paper scraps, cigarette butts, tea roots and other debris in the sanitation corridors of various health districts. If there is any violation, one point will be deducted each time; the corridors should be clean and sanitary, and there is no dirt or tea inside. Rust and debris, no dust on the outside, if there is a violation, each time deducted 1 point, the stairs are free of dust and strange spots, offenders deduct 1 point for each item.
The doors and windows are clean and free of dust and dirt; the window sills and stair railings are clean and free of dust and spots; the corridors are clean and free of tea stains; the bathroom is clean and clean, free from dirt and odor. If there is a violation, deduct 1 point each time.
The interior beautification and beautification should be light and elegant, the flowers should be flourishing and the color should be bright; the surface of the flower pot should be bright and lustrous, free of dust and dirt, and no water stains to keep the interior comfortable and fresh. If the requirement is not met, 1 point for each item.
During the working hours of the staff of various departments of personal hygiene, the dress should be simple and neat, and it is strictly forbidden to wear strange clothes. Offenders deduct 5 points for each item.
Second, the inspection method set up an inspection team, the inspection team is responsible for checking the scores.
Check once or twice a week and record the score.
The scores of each department are published by the inspection team every Friday.
Third, the rewards and punishments are ranked every month according to the scores of the department, the first place to hang the flow of red flags, the last time to report criticism. If the last one is listed twice in a row, or if the last one is accumulated more than four times, the qualification for the selection of advanced departments will be cancelled at the end of the year.
