Writing a meeting plan

1. Overview The conference program is a programmatic document that is mainly used to make a face-to-face deployment of more complex work, and thus can be said to be one of the more complicated plans.
The conference programme can be divided into different categories depending on its content and nature, such as the “work programme” for work, the “meeting programme” for meetings, the comprehensive “overall programme” and the specific work "single project". Regardless of the scheme, the structure and writing are basically the same.
A meeting plan is a preset for a large or important meeting. Before the meeting, the meeting plan should make arrangements for the expected effect of the meeting and the entire agenda so that the meeting can proceed smoothly and achieve full results.
The meeting plan sometimes needs to be sent to the higher authorities for approval, with the nature of a certain request or request for an attached file.
2. Writing points:
The full-text program usually consists of three parts: title, body, and signature:
The formulation of the heading specification shall consist of the convening unit, the cause and the “three elements” of the genre category. In some cases, the meeting convening organs are omitted.
The body usually consists of three parts: the beginning, the main body and the ending. Before the switch, some have to write the delivery agency of the plan. If it is to be sent to the superior authority for approval, it shall be written to the name of the higher-level organ, and if it belongs to the lower-level organ and is sent to the participating organ or individual, the name of the-level organ shall be written. The beginning part should indicate the reason, unit, meeting name, meeting time, place, and duration of the manuscript, which is roughly equivalent to the “Guidelines” and “Overall Ideas” sections of the general thematic plan. The main part of the conference plan should write the purpose, scale, agenda, practices and preparations of the conference. It is equivalent to the “main objectives”, “implementation steps” and “policy measures” in the general program. The writing of the ending part should be based on the nature of the meeting plan. If the lower level organ asks the higher level organ, it can write a term similar to the end of the request report. Such as: "The above plan, when no, please give instructions."
The signing authority and the date are the "guidance" program of the higher authorities. The date is marked under the heading, and the issuing authority indicates in the title that no additional payment is made.
