The essentials of meeting management to improve the effectiveness of the meeting

The general principles of the enterprise conference management system are to improve the style of work, reduce meetings, shorten meeting time, improve the quality of meetings, and develop this system.
The classification and organization of the first meeting of the conference was summarized into four categories:
1. Factory-level meeting: mainly includes party and government leadership meeting, whole factory cadre meeting, whole factory team leader meeting, whole factory party member meeting, whole factory group member meeting, whole factory staff meeting, whole factory technical personnel meeting and various congresses. After being reported to the party committee or the factory for approval, the party, government, industry, and other departments shall be responsible for organizing and convening.
2. Professional conference: It is a whole-factory technical and business comprehensive meeting, which is approved by the head of the branch management factory, and the competent business department is responsible for organizing.
3. System and department work meeting: Each workshop, department, branch meeting, staff meeting, etc.) shall be decided and organized by the leaders of each workshop department and branch.

Team leader or above cadre meeting:
Summarize the work situation in the previous season, deploy the tasks of this season, and commend the rewarding advanced collectives and individuals.
Business activity analysis meeting:
Report and analyze the implementation of the plant plan and the results of business activities, evaluate the work of all aspects, affirm the achievements, expose the contradictions, propose improvement measures, and continuously improve the economic efficiency of the factory.
Quality analysis will:
Reporting, summarizing, product quality of last month, discussing and analyzing quality accidents, research and determining quality improvement measures.
Safety work will:
Reporting summarizes the safety production, public security, and fire protection work in the previous quarter, analyzes and handles accidents, checks and analyzes hidden dangers, and studies and determines safety precautions.
The technical work will report and summarize the completion of the technical transformation, new product development, scientific research, technology and daily production technology preparation work for the current month, arrange the technical tasks for the next month, and study and determine the measures to solve the relevant technical problems.
Production scheduling meeting:
Dispatching, balancing production schedules, and researching and solving major problems that cannot be solved by each workshop.

Article 4 Arrangements for other meetings:
All kinds of meetings involving the participation of the person in charge of the workshop must be reported to the two offices before the meeting is approved by the department or the leader of the branch, and then arranged by the factory to be convened.
Article 5 Every Saturday, the factory office shall, in accordance with the regular meeting of the whole factory and various temporary meetings, uniformly plan and prepare the meeting plan and send it to the factory leaders and workshops, departments and related service personnel.
Article 6 Where the factory office has been included in the accounting plan meeting, if it is necessary to reschedule, or in case of special circumstances, it is necessary to arrange a new meeting, the convening unit shall report to the factory to adjust the meeting plan 2 days in advance. No one may disrupt the normal meeting plan without the consent of the factory office.
Article 7 The factory has the right to refuse arrangements for meetings that are inadequately prepared, or repetitive, or have little effect.
Article 8 The factory office has the right to arrange for mergers and meetings for several meetings with the same participants, close content and appropriate time.
Article 9 All departments must obey the unified arrangement of the whole factory during the meeting period. The ministries and departments of each department should not arrange to hold the meeting at the same time in the whole factory. They should insist that the small meeting obeys the meeting and partially obey the overall principle.
