Corporate leave approval process


1. Faculty members are required to take leave, and they can apply for it, and they can leave the job after being signed by the department head and approved by the organization.

2. Within 3 days of the holiday, it shall be approved by the person in charge of the department or the department; the approval shall be given by the department and the unit of the first-level unit within 3 days and 7 days; the approval shall be submitted to the school by the personnel department for more than 7 days. If the cadre of the department level or above is within 3 days of leave, it shall be reported to the organization department for approval in the personnel department, and more than 3 days shall be filed in the personnel department after being approved by the head of the organization.

3. The leave person shall be registered by the official leave unit after the leave of absence, and the leave will be sold to the leave unit after the holiday. If it is necessary to postpone due to special reasons, it must obtain the relevant unit certificate and report to the unit in advance, and the approval can be continued after the approval of the higher level organization.

4. Long-term sick leave personnel should go to the school hospital for review once every six months. According to the results of the review, the school hospital will issue a certificate of continuing sick leave or recovery work.

I want to be a leave management system and have a problem when dealing with the approval process:

1. If the number of days of leave is less than 2 days, as long as the supervisor is approved, if the number of days of leave is less than 5 days, the supervisor's superior approval must be approved after the completion of the examination and approval; for more than 5 days, the department must be upgraded. The manager approves; the supervisor and the manager approve the project, but in the end, they will go to the personnel department for post-approval.

2. When submitting the application, the approver will automatically update it. Do not manually select the required ×× approval.

1. All leave must be handed over to the clerk in writing. For a holiday of more than three days, a four-way vacation application form must be filled out, and the supervisor must be signed by the manager before it takes effect.

Second, all employees who are on leave, who have not paid for work or super holidays must go to the department to go through the formalities of sales or renewal. Those who have not gone through the formalities of sales leave will not be paid for work during the holidays, and those who are over-subscribed but have not applied for the renewal of leave will be subject to absenteeism.

Public holiday

1. All employees need to ask for leave in advance to submit a leave form, and submit the next week's leave form before Wednesday to the clerk.

2. The shift supervisor will process the leave application as appropriate according to the opening rate and give a reply on Friday.

3. If the employee has something to apply for a shift, please fill in the application for transfer and submit it to the supervisor for signature.

Leave, sick leave:

1. Employees are requested to leave the case with written leave in advance, and the special circumstances are verbally taken after the event;

2. Employees are requested to take sick leave and apply for written leave in advance to the department.

3. Employees are required to show a second-class hospital certificate for sick leave, and fill in the vacation form in time.

Annual leave, other leave:

1. Employees must apply for maternity leave to the department 30 days in advance, with relevant certificates from the hospital or local government.

2. Employees must submit an application to the department 15 days in advance of the annual leave.
