Student Union Leave System


In principle, the student meeting and activities of the student council shall not be allowed to take time off. If there are special circumstances, the formalities for leave must be fulfilled, and the standard leave must be used to leave the relevant department in advance. It is approved to leave.

Second, the sick leave must be approved by the corresponding medical certificate. Due to reasons such as class, extracurricular internship, sick leave and other reasons, it should be approved, but check if the false report is absent and aggravated.

Third, in principle, the monthly leave must not exceed two, otherwise the qualification for the month will be cancelled. The accumulated leave must not exceed five times, otherwise the semester evaluation qualification will be cancelled.

Fourth, the leave must be written in person, not written by others, leave time to not affect the work, and do a good job.

5. All activities and meetings of the Youth League Committee of the Youth League Committee shall be approved by the Deputy Secretary of the Youth League Committee, and the Ministerial Meeting shall be approved by the Minister of the Organization Department.

Sixth, you can't take leave on your own. If you can't take time off in an emergency, you must give a verbal notice in advance and go through the formalities of leave within one day. All leave requests must be submitted to the office for filing, otherwise they will be absent from the attendance statistics.

7. If you fail to perform the leave formalities or have no special circumstances and take the leave after the leave, you will be treated without reason.

8. This system invites all departments to strictly self-discipline and follow the implementation.

In order to improve the discipline of the members of the student union and regulate the leave of the members of the student union, this system is specially formulated.

Article 1 This system applies to all members of the Student Union during the day-to-day duty of the Students' Union, various meetings, and all activities required by the members of the Student Union. Leave before the leave and leave after the event, the two apply different rules.

If the second minister or deputy minister asks for leave, he/she shall submit the written leave to the chairman or the deputy chairman. If the chairman or the deputy chairman considers that the leave is established, the chairman or the deputy chairman shall sign the approval; If the cause is not established, no leave will be allowed.

If the third officer asks for leave, he/she shall be handed over to the Minister of the Ministry in writing, and if the Minister of the Ministry considers that the cause of the leave is established, it shall be signed and approved by the Minister of the Ministry and submitted to the Secretariat. If the case is deemed not to be established after the review, it shall not be Quasi-false.

Article 4 The leave of absence shall be submitted to the Secretariat for record before the duty, meeting or event. The Secretariat has the responsibility to supervise leave matters.

Article 5 If there is no leave or is not allowed to leave, and if it is not on duty, does not attend the meeting or does not participate in the activity, it shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant penalties of the "Business School Sub-Committee Student Association Award and Punishment System".

Article 6 If the leave person falsifies the leave of absence or the chairman, vice-chairman or minister has not exhausted the duties, the person directly responsible shall be punished according to the relevant penalties of the "School-School Committee Student Union Award and Punishment System".

Article 7 After-the-fact leave is only applicable to emergency or incidental rush, or other objectively cannot be implemented in accordance with the pre-existing leave system.

Article 8 After the event, leave is divided into oral leave to the Minister or the Standing Committee before the duty, meeting and activities, and submit a written note after the duty, meeting, and activities to state the reasons for the leave.

Article 9 After the event, the leave must be submitted to the Minister or the Standing Committee in writing within two days after the settlement of the leave, and if it is considered by the Minister or the Standing Committee after the review, it shall be signed by the Minister or the Standing Committee. Its absence record.

Article 10 All departments shall strictly abide by self-discipline and comply with the implementation.

Article 11 This system shall come into force on the date of promulgation.

Article 12 The final interpretation right of this system belongs to the presidium of the Student Union of the Business School Sub-Committee.
