In the investigation and research and social conditions, there is a lack of special investigations and studies on the United Front Political Consultative Conference, and the number of social opinion information is not reflected. Big, the quality needs to be improved. There is a lack of organizational campaign reports on news reporting, and the quality of regular reports is only a generalization issue. In the work of committee members and people's letters and visits, there are still cases where the system is not sound. In some aspects of work, there is still a lack of subjective initiative and a lack of innovation awareness.

The second is that there is a widespread phenomenon of doing more and less, as long as you can go through it. The third is that some people can't stand the ridicule of "can do it without any use" and some of the practical influences of "the most important relationship, the reference for the standard", and the thoughts are more or less negative.

In terms of style of performance. Article 8 of the Party members’ obligations requires that “close contact with the people, publicize the party’s claims to the public”, “review the opinions and demands of the people in a timely manner, and safeguard the legitimate interests of the people”. The main source of thought is: I think that these kinds of activities are some formal things. It is not important for us to participate in the participation of general party members. It is better to have time to do something real, or to read more books.

In dealing with comrades. Comrade Lei Feng said that "to treat comrades like the warmth of spring." However, my treatment of comrades is sometimes more combative, especially for the excessive words spoken by individual leading comrades. As long as I analyze that I think there is a clear sense of personal inclination, I will firmly rebut. Although the subjective desire is not bad, but because it is a top-off behavior, the result will be regarded as an inattention to unity.

The main source of thought is: there are "three trues". First, they have done their work in peacetime. Not only are they not recognized by the leaders, but they are not understood. In promoting democracy. The party constitution requires party members to "participate in discussions on party policy issues" and "propose suggestions and initiatives on party work" at party meetings. However, I have not participated in some meetings and did not actively speak, and I have some concerns about the overall situation. I know that it is not appropriate. I should remind the leaders of the issues that they should seriously consider and do not want to say.

The main source of thought is: I think that many things nowadays, on the surface, have to be brainstorming, not to make a statement, but in fact, the superiors have the final say, the leaders have the final say, the top leaders have the final say. His own people are light and light, and they say it is also a matter of saying that more than one thing is less. Moreover, the leaders at the higher levels are also in the form of some work, with no tails and no tails, and they are used to it, and people have become accustomed to it. For example, I have not expressed my opinion on the role of the staff in the laboratory.
