First, the main problems

2. There are misunderstandings in thinking and understanding. In the past two years, the demands on myself have not been high. They have not closely linked the problems encountered in the current new situation of reform and opening up with the actual work. In particular, after work, I feel that the theoretical things in school school are out of touch with the real work and life. I always think that I can learn well. Many of them are always correct but useless, big words, clichés, empty words, low quality, long length, and not much to improve their theoretical literacy. 3. Insufficient spirit of enterprising. With the increasing age and the increase of experience, my professionalism has declined. The fantasy, passion and impulsiveness when I first came out of school have been matured, conservative and sophisticated by the secular world outlook, outlook on life and values. Although I have just passed the age of the past, I feel that I am under pressure from some negative phenomena in the society, and I feel that I am under pressure when I am working in the “age care institution” of the general public. I always think that I work in a small county in a poverty-stricken area. The current ability is already qualified for my job. I always think that the work can be promoted. I don't need to work hard to keep improving, to be satisfied with the status quo, and sometimes even to cope with the thought. Lack of innovative spirit and hard work, lack of initiative, lack of initiative, no higher standard of work, and a bit of self-satisfaction. After learning advanced examples such as Lei Feng, Zhou Guozhi, and Zhang Side, my heart was very shocked: Comrade Lei Feng was doing good things all his life. 4. The concept of purpose is weak. I did not stand in the position of a Communist Party member to think about problems and do things. Especially when I first joined the work, I was young and prosperous, and I was so arrogant. I always thought that my ability was not worse than others. I was a little bit confused in the district and township. I loved drunkenness and sometimes I also fought. The work is very emotional, and when the mood is not good, the gas is vented to the innocent people who work, the work attitude is not enthusiastic, the service is not thoughtful, and the service consciousness is weak. After transferring to the work of the National People's Congress, I always think that my future is almost the same. It is unlikely that I will "jump" out. I don't stand at the height of the people's "speaker" to correctly understand and treat my work. Passion and vitality have also caused a lot of complaints.

Second, the main reason for the problem

There are both subjective and objective reasons for the existence of party-style party style. I believe that objective factors account for 30%, and more are subjective reasons. Objectively examining and analyzing the reasons for the lack of party spirit is manifested in the following four aspects:

1. Insufficient understanding of the importance of theoretical learning

I mainly think that I have learned and mastered some basic principles of Marxism-Leninism from the time of reading to work. After more than ten years of study, I believe that learning and mastering advanced theory is a matter of leading cadres and theoretical experts. I have little relationship with the national staff. In addition, the study of political theory is indeed boring and boring, and it does not help much in my work. It is a waste of time to spend time studying political theory. Therefore, there is no motivation in subjectiveness, and there is no intention to learn, learn, and learn. Through engaging in advanced education activities, I deeply understand that one must learn, and learn to learn for life to truly advance with the times. As a party member comrade, not only must learn professional knowledge, but also become the backbone of the work of the unit; it must also learn laws and regulations, become a model for knowing the law, understanding the law, and using it. It is also necessary to learn the Marxism-Leninism, study the Mao Xuan, study the theory, and the party's line and policy. , policies and resolutions have become ideological models. 2. The understanding of the party is superficial

Although she is still an official branch secretary, she has been a party for eight years. But to be realistic, his own understanding of the party is very superficial and little is known. Without saying vaguely, my motive for joining the party was not very pure. At that time, I mainly considered two factors: First, honor. His father is an ordinary postal worker. Although he worked hard, worked diligently, and received provincial labor models and many commendations, he did not join the party for a certain reason. After I joined the work, he told me The most is two sentences: "Do a good job, strive to join the party," so I joined the party to a certain extent, holding the party that was the father's wish. The second is the "springboard." Because of the poor working conditions in the district and township, he is a foreigner and has no deep social background. Therefore, he wants to do a better job, to join the party as a "springboard", and then to find opportunities to transfer to the county. This is the most real idea. Moreover, the procedures for joining the party at that time were not too complicated, and they only read the party constitution roughly in order to write the party application. The understanding and understanding of the party was originally obtained from the movie of the revolutionary theme when I was a child. It is more learned from the history books. It is more superficial. Why is our party "the vanguard of the Chinese working class and the Chinese people?" And the vanguard of the Chinese nation is the core of leadership for the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. There is no deep understanding and understanding.

3, the ideological understanding has a certain landslide

In recent years, the study of learning, especially political theory, has not been tightly held. It is believed that the primary stage of socialism is a long historical period, and the communist society is still far away. Moreover, I believe that working in the NPC is rest and pension, and there is a slack mentality in my mind. I think that my golden years have passed, the relationship is not hard, the money is not much, and now the society is very complicated, even if the work is done well, if it does not meet "Bole", the opportunity for organizational reuse is not great, and sometimes even has certain emotions and prejudice against the organization. Under the misunderstanding of this kind of thinking, the spirit of making progress is not strong. In the work, it shows that it does not seek meritorious service, but it does not seek for it, and it lacks the consciousness of creating superiority and contending for the first time, so that some work should not be grasped. Do a good job, it is only to be satisfied with generalization. In particular, the branch secretary who has no real power in the unit thinks that this is a kind of burden. From the ideological and operational points, he does not seriously think about how to better do the work of the branch of the branch, and is only satisfied with doing the administrative work within his own right.

4. The purpose consciousness is not completely established.

During the period when the socialist planning economy was transitioning to the market economy, the purpose of serving the people was diminished. It was always believed that honesty and diligence are the leaders of the cadres, and they are only ordinary staff members. In particular, I saw that some party members and comrades who are older than themselves and whose qualifications are higher than themselves and whose level is higher than themselves do not strictly control themselves according to the relevant disciplines of party members and leading cadres, and there is no "worry and worry in the world. It’s fun and happy, and I don’t think about what the people think, the urgency of the people, and their own subjective influence. I think that in many cases, there is no need to "real", you must follow the trend and the situation to "eat and open," as long as you keep your bottom line, that is, not violating the law, doing your job well, and paying the taxpayer's salary. It is. Many times I consider the family's own personal interests. I forget that as a Communist Party member, the first thing that should be concerned is the party's cause and the interests of the people. After all, it is still caused by a lack of awareness of purpose and insufficient party spirit.

Third, rectification measures

1. Strengthen theoretical study and transform one's own subjective world

Starting from improving their ideological and political temperament, we will strengthen the consciousness of learning, firmly establish the ideal of communism, and bear in mind the purpose of the party's wholehearted service to the people. It is necessary to pay attention to transforming the subjective world while transforming the objective world, to improve political acumen and discernment, and firmly believe that the party's basic line is unwavering and establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values. In particular, we must continue to study the relevant theoretical writings of the party constitution and the central leadership, learn more philosophical and political articles, learn more philosophical and philosophical journals, and learn from the outstanding party members' deeds that are touching and sultry. In addition to participating in the organization of the organization, at least one hour a day to read a book, and insist on taking notes, write two or more high-quality research reports or papers every year. In learning, we must strive to achieve the theory and practice, and learn to use Marxist positions, viewpoints, and methods to look at problems, analyze problems, and solve problems.

2. Keep in mind the party's purpose and work hard to do your job.

In the future work, we must always bear in mind the purpose of the party's wholehearted service to the people, and persist in building the party for the public and governing for the people. Strictly implement relevant policies and regulations on honesty and self-discipline, implement the party's work style and clean government responsibility system, work hard on the transformation of its own world outlook, establish a correct outlook on life and values, start from small things, prevent micro-duration, and consciously resist the erosion of various negative thoughts. At the same time, we must always report personal thoughts to the party organizations and consciously accept the supervision of the organization and the people.
